The place was less than half full, we were told 30 minute wait. Decided to sit at the bar instead. Lots of employees standing around not doing much, several empty tables. Not sure why there was such a long wait, on a weekday. We ordered our food, she seemed really spacy. Our order was messed up, but we didn't say anything. It took a long time to get drink refills even though we were sitting at the bar with only 2 other people and there were 2 people working back there. Not the best experience and probably won't be back.
Overall, a very clean restaurant with servers that are highly attentive to their tables/customers. Me and a friend went for happy hour to take advantage of the half priced appetizers and ordered mozzarella sticks along with the spinach artichoke dip to start us off. Then for our entries I ordered the parmesan shrimp 8oz sirloin cooked medium with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Meanwhile, my friend ordered the ribeye, also cooked medium, with it's default sides. Aside from needing a wee bit more seasoning, everything was hot and all was made to perfection. I can't remember my waitress' name, but she was awesome. Our cups were never half empty and instead kept full. Would definitely recommend this location to my friends and/or family. The pleasant experience was very appreciated.
I got the Southwest Chicken Bowl, and it was great! They had a great ratio of the ingredients, and I loved it! Our server warned me that it's spicy, but it's not :)
Food was good, not great. Service was ok. This location is NOT ADA friendly. 75% of their seating requires you to go up steps. So if you are in a wheelchair, call ahead & remind them again when you get there or just go somewhere else. Only 1 handicap parking space. The staff saw my elderly father with his walker & still took us up the steps. When I told the Hostess my dad has a walker, she said we would have to wait an additional 15min. So not only are they oblivious, they were going to penalize us for being disabled. We did manage to get dad up the steps slowly but upon leaving, dad & I were almost knocked over by staff & customers who couldn't wait 15 seconds for me to get dad up & out of the way. We will not be back!
Applebee's is always a great place to eat out at for family dinners or going out with friends a little expensive. Usually amazing workers good attitudes. we ordered 2 appetizers (Motsorella stick, white cheddar Fries) 4 dinners and 2 desserts came out to around $104 but worth it.
We thought we had gift cards but they were empty, lol. We splurged on strawberry lemonades and even an appetizer combo. Generous portions and a lot of choices for picky children.
Sat at the bar where we usually get great service, I realize what a tough job being a bartender can be however Shauna seemed flustered from the time we sat down even though they were only five guests at the bar including ourselves. Additionally she seemed to mock me when I explained to her that I had a hearing problem and couldn't understand what she was saying. She seems confused by our very simple order we were never offered a second beverage nor offered any dessert I received a thank you or any acknowledgment just plop the check right in front of me when she thought I was done. The icing on the cake was she was complaining about her co-workers as we were leaving I'll just drive the extra 3 miles to a different location. In fairness to the other staff the food was expedited quickly by two friendly servers, tasted good and was consistent as always.
Went there tonight with my wife. The waitress did an excellent job,. The food was bad. Did not enjoy any of the food and was over priced. Only thing decent was the french fries. Chilii's is 10 times better. Not going there again
We had an amazing visit. Sarah M made sure we had everything we needed frequently, she is such a great server.We got the 2 for 29 meals.The bourbon chicken and shrimp was so good, I'll be getting it again. The whiskey burger was very good as well.Can't wait to come back!Thank you Sarah M!
Great service, only a 4 minute wait and the food was on point! My husband had a few cocktails and we both had appetizers.... We snacked then ordered dinner..... They didn't rush is and we had a great time with the server! Thumbs up Applebee's especially this location!
