So every time I ordered for pickup, the food is perfect….this time I called in the order at 735pm & got 2 poke nachos with the poke on the side (Since it’ll get soggy if u don’t eat it immediately) plus an extra side poke & the chips were so greasy, couldn’t even eat it & we were craving it? what a waste of ? in the pic you could even see how oily the bottom of the container was!
It was our first time here and was excited to discover a new spot that serves rice. We ordered 9th Island Ramen, 9th Island fries and garlic chicken to go.The food smells amazing.... but to our dismay the Ramen and fries were super, super salty. We added water to the Ramen broth but it was still salty. We ended up using just half broth and half water just to get it to decent taste ?? the chicken topping of the fries was okay, but the power seasoning and sauces they added were too salty. I don't know, maybe it was just the powder seasoning. But they were all mixed together so not really sure. We were only able to eat less than half of the fries as it was just too salty. Those two was a waste sadly.The garlic chicken was good though. Nothing expectacular. It was the only thing edible from what we ordered.I don't know if we will be brave enough to go back and order again.
Would be 5 stars if they fixed their rice.BBQ and Katsu are good, Loco Moco is great. They also have tasty, refreshing bowls. But their rice...2 out of the 3 times we've gone the rice was congealed into a solid mass. Like you could slice it with a knife. I don't know if they are over packing the rice maker or using too much water or what, but it's super off putting. It's hard to believe they've gone this long without addressing it since it's in all of their main dishes. I hope it gets fixed because we enjoy the meat.
Excellent food! 9th Island Ramen and Chicken Katsu were fantastic.
Very austere settings, clean and functional. Very extensive menu, take your time. The grilled chicken sandwiches are absolutely HUGE, and charred perfectly. The salmon was tender and cooked just right, and the combo plates are fantastic. Delicious, you must give them a try.
Tried a new location for this place as we were nearby and it was still really good. Menu is different than than the Summerlin location but this location had a healthy bowl place attached to it too. Garlic chicken was really good! And the fries were amazing with the chasu pork! Will be back!

I have never been here so we thought we would stop by. I have to say the food was really good. I mean really good. Staff was friendly very helpful and the chef in back was super nice.We ordered:Fried Rice - this was much larger then expected and very good.Wicked Tuna - my wife said was amazingTonkotsu Ramen - my son loved it, the broth was very good. He didn’t share anything else.Shoyu Chicken Ramen- Again not surprised here it was very good. The chicken is well cooked and seasoned.
