Omg , they are so friendly here and the food is great and the portions are more than well ! Always a great place to eat . Highly recommended!

The place was well-lit, and it's like a little hidden spot in Henderson. Prices are a little expensive for what they offer. Wagyu beef donburi wasn't anything special and the serving wasn't worth $17. The Loco Moco was okay but it definitely tasted much better with their fried rice!!! I would only eat the Loco Moco here with the fried rice, to be honest -the dish costs around $22. It was delicious but not something I would really come back and spend that amount for. I've had better, but this wasn't too bad either. Cashier was friendly!

Man. What a gem Google led us to last night for dinner! You walk in, order at the counter, and then sit at a table where they bring out your drinks and food to you. From what I understand, the space itself serves as a test kitchen for other restaurants or "Group Eateries." There were three different menus to order from: Japanese ramen, Hawaiian, and a modern Asian/American fusion. We ordered Maison Tea (Thai tea w/ cream), crispy shrimp bao, short rib bao (fried), a furikake shrimp po boy, truffle fries, and loco moco rice bowl. Everything was so good. We can't wait to go back and try more foods!!!

This place was kind of a disappointment. I had higher hopes. The Mac salad was unseasoned and was bland. Didn't even finish it. I ordered the Korean Fries (bulgogi beef). The pickled slaw was overwhelming all the other flavors, all I could taste was vinegar. I had to remove it from the bowl. I won't be coming back. Friends ordered the chicken ramen and Pork ramen and both said that their bowls were a bit under seasoned.

Such a cute place. I love the Spicy Tacos, so much flavor and super delicious. My husband loves the Huli Huli chicken and the fried mushrooms.

Three restaurants in one ! Ramen, Hawaii style plate lunch and a fusion style. All absolutely delicious! Chashu sandwich and the tempura style mushrooms are to die for !

Nice place, not really what I'm used to as far as ramen places go. I think it's worth trying at least once.

We have decided to try” 8 Kitchen “- a Modern American Fusion Restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Fantastic place!!!What a cool and unique concept!!!The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the interior is very clean and inviting. You order your food from the counter as usual and they will bring the order to your table. They have an outdoor seating area too.The food was so flavorful and delicious, portions were large, filling ,and nicely presented. The menu is big and they have a huge selection of dishes , with a mix of three unique cuisines ( Asian, American and Hawaiian cuisine) . We had : Korean Fries, Kimchi Burger, 8 Kitchen Dog , Wagyu Steak Sandwich Dip. Everything was so delicious and flavorful, freshly prepared and the steak sandwich was tender and juicy. The Kimchi Burger ? was very tasty and flavorful . Korean fries was the best, a MUST TRY!!!They have a great selection of drinks, definitely unique flavors that I have never seen anywhere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we definitely felt welcomed and appreciated. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back to try more unique dishes.

It’s like 3 restaurants rolled into 1! My tacos were great (though I discovered I don’t like kimchee) and my wife’s sandwich was awesome. We’ll be back for sure!

The food here is delicious, however it seems as the cooks could not get the meat heats right. I ordered a medium rare fare burger and received well done, also got regular fries instead of truffle fries. One of my employee's received medium rare and had ordered well done, and her sweet potato fries were crisp burnt dark. My other employee received well done and she ordered medium rare.Always check your order so this does not happen frequently. Thank you
