Update: I had called the Gardnerville store and spoke with the assistant manager, who was wonderful! She apologized for my experience and stated she would advise the Manger or owner. The owner did reach out to me and and stated how sorry he was and that never should have happened. He made amends with a gift card and said he would speak to the staff, which he apparently did. Charging my rating from one star to four.I drove from the south end of town and arrived at 8:50pm, ten minutes before closing. There were other cars in the parking lot and as I got out then people next to me said they they locked the doors. They were there before 8:45pm and they were locking the doors. I knocked and asked the girl to come to the door. She told me they closed the register. I advised this is not ok as there was 10 minutes before they are supposed to close and who was going to pay for my gas, she just shrugged, she could care less. I asked who the manager or owner was and she said "Jeff" so I asked her to get me a number so I could call tomorrow and she told me to hold on. She then re-locked the door, walked into the back, came back out talking on her phone and proceeded to ignore me. The other couple waited with me to also get the number. I knocked again and she just looked at me and smirked. This is a horrible way to run a business. With gas over $4.50 a gallon, this is not acceptable.

Love this place but unfortunately the two young girls working the closing shift tonight are beyond childish and have horrible customer service!! As we walked in we were stared at very rudely and blank faced like we weren’t customers as well as not greeted what so ever! You’re always supposed to greet the customers! They must have missed that in training. They continue to stare as we make our yogurt cups just mumbling under there breath talking unprofessional about us then laughed. These kind of people make it not welcoming to a place we love. My advice, hire mature staff that are welcoming so people like me will return. I will no longer attend this yogurt beach with poor staff like that!
Tried multiple flavors and didn't add any toppings. The 0 sugar option is not available at that time.The very strawberry flavor tastes like strawberry and strong milk. (So I don't get the very ? here?) The strawberry and kiwi is ok. The pineapple flavor has a strong ? taste and I like it.

Oml! This place is amazing! They had a sugar free option in the frozen yogurt. Which is awesome. And my 9yr old ran out of room for toppings! Def recommended this place to anyone with a sweet tooth.
Tons of toppings, but I didn't see any mini marshmallows (nbd, just a personal fave). I think the yogurt should have come out a bit colder so that its not halfway melted by the time you pay and sit down to eat it.
Genesis braids the atmosphere is credit very nice people love the flavor that they have all the time this has been my four times in one month. Glad I came. I had it turned 23rd was my birthday and it was a perfect delightful ending to a great day.
