Well this would be one of my first negative reviews. Currently sitting in this location and was given the wrong item. But was told it's coming...update and 25 minutes later I received the correct wings and a to go box for the incorrect ones which never arrived. Used to look forward to coming in, now I'm not so sure that was the case. This was a rough visit. I'm giving 2 starts since there was only 2 redeeming factors. One gal who was running every which way but out of her mind and trying to make the place work. And the right items given even though it took an exorbitant amount of time to recieve, just felt like I was on the back burner so to speak.
Let's see, they served her alcohol until she was drunk and stumbled out. She could have killed someone or herself so the experience was dreadful.

I give 4 stars just cause the BBQ was too sweet BUT… Don’t knock this place off yet. For the amount of money I spent was about $60 for 4 plates 4 flavors 1 fry 2 veggies a extra fry on the side a large ranch dip and Cajun corn. Fed 3 people plus some more left. The Cajun corn yeah that was hot but good. Fries were good as always and the chicken was of normal size so no rip off there. The mango habanero was a kick wish I got more. That was the best it was a sweetness before the burn and give me a drink burn that latest a few minutes. The BBQ was too sweet for us. The Louisiana rub was good as well. The mild in our opinion was rather bland. The veggies were fresh and crisp. Remember as well ALWAYS TIP your servers they don’t have to come to work that day and serve you with a smile. Wanna keep that smile leave a tip.
The wings weren't as good as I remember. Seems no other seasoning is being used besides whatever flavor you request so you get a bunch of none seasoned meat. I stopped going to BWW bc of that and now I guess I have to stop coming here too...
Wings were very good, fries were a tad cold but very flavorful. Its a bit loud of an environment but still nice. Would eat here again.
I don't like the idea of ordering before you sit. Just throwing it out there. And soggy fries gross me out. But the wings were screaming and the shots of Patron were even better.
I have Always had very positive experiences at Wing Stop and will continue to be a customer.
Good foo but horrible customer service, I can't believe that a restaurant with good food has a horrible customer service, I definitely not coming back.
The new thighs are surprisingly delicious! Granted my expectations were low because how can you beat a wing but the thighs are half the price and just as crispy.
