I placed my order online I received the wrong Pizza I called Priscilla at the store location she got an attitude with me it told me that she was going to charge me again if I wanted the correct Pizza and if I wanted credit I needed to return the pizza myself what's the point of delivery I want to thank Priscilla and the Pizza hut corporation for us going hungry this evening I said we were counting on them to provide accurate and good food we got neither it was my first time ordering online and will be my last time as a customer with Pizza hut in Carson City Nevada

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut after a long trip home. We were all tired and decided this was our best option since it was getting late. We ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and had it delivered. Seems odd for a Tuesday night around 7:30 pm to be a long delivery wait but, nonetheless we did. Well that was a huge let down. The stuffed crust was awful at best. The cheese felt like gritty sandpaper and frankly tasted just as bad. (If I had to guess what sandpaper tasted like). The cheese was runny and even smelled bad. I called the store back and never even had the opportunity to talk to a manager. I was told the manager was too busy. I did talk with another employee who was extremely apologetic and did offer a credit for another pizza. At this point in time I'm not sure another trip to Pizza Hut is in our immediate future. I did a search on google and saw that this cheese issue in the stuffed crust has been going on since around the first of December ‘18. Fix the problem people!
We didn't find many known brand restaurants in which to eat in Carson City so we opted for this very new looking Pizza Hut. It was just ok, just average in terms of service, food and cleanliness of tables.
Had dinner in here a few years ago when they were serving pasta dishes. It was just plain bad. Food lukewarm, poor service. We drive by quite often and hardly ever see more than one car in parking lot. Perhaps people coming from India should avoid buying a Pizza Hut franchise.
We had a late lunch after doctors appointment so the eating area was quiet enough so that we were able to chat. Our waitress gave us the best deal and the pan pizza was hot and tasty.
