Not very fancy, but Servers, Rhonda and Sunny, make every meal a delightful experience. Food is really good and you get a free piece of pie with any entree over $7.00. Prime rib with all the trimmings for $12.99 EVERYDAY after 11:00. Kids welcome too. Bowling and arcade just steps away from The Grille.

Hey it’s a casino restaurant in Carson City but a good meal for prime rib including an old fashioned salad, rolls and a piece of pie at the end. All very tasty with very nice service. Good job Gold Dust West!

Typical casino Cafe. Very basic menu. I ordered the prime rib which came dry. Other family members ordered meatloaf which was very dry unless you had gravy. Not a very good kids menu. Food is basic we do go maybe twice a year. One downside is restaurant usually fills with casino cigarette smoke.

We have been frequently eating at the grill for a couple of years now. So the first year it was excellent and a great value.... then somewhere around the mid to end 2021 things began to change, some quality and value left the building. The hamburgers used to be 1/2 lb formed (in house) from ground chuck, now they use 2- 1/4 lb frozen patties. The price of the Prime Rib dinner special jumped 30% and the size seemed to shrink, the quality of the cut varies day to day. They removed cottage cheese and a few side items from the menu and ended substitutes from the menu specials. We eat KETO so not being able to sub out the potatoes and breads for low / no Carb items is a big negative for some. All of the staff that we have encountered have been great, they are friendly, attentive and really serv. the customer well.It feels as if they are UNDER "new" Management. This said, we still eat here from time to time and have a good time in one of their 3, two room suites with the jacuzzi in the master suite.

At one time this was the place to eat. Very good food at a very reasonable price. Great service too. Now...?! Things have changed. A short menu and prices have gone up. Service is still great. Just not the same variety. Nothing stays the same....

Prime rib, baked potato, veggies, salad, and free pie x2 for $30. Everything was great and enough left overs for dinner!

Food is always prepared to ordering . Waitresses are always smiling, lite conversation, calendar menus on computer, Thursdays are not very busy between 2:00pm- 4:00pm. Featured Monthly items on Menu, small but mighty with a big appetite.

Service was great! Food tasted good and arrived quickly. Was disappointed with the Mediterranean salmon patties - sauce was tasty, patties were dry though - served with no sides or salad, was simply two small patties and two little edges of pita bread. All the other dishes seemed to be good/normal portions.

The prime rib special is always incredible and cooked perfectly. It was exactly what my family needed for Christmas. Our server was wonderful and patient while we enjoyed some family laughs and great smiles. 10/10
