Several times I have gone to the Taco Bell in Carson City and tried to go into the dining area to order food and eat and the doors are locked. The drive-thru was not an option because I was pulling a trailer with my vehicle. Thankfully the Wendy's next door was open as it should be.
Taco Bell quality of food and taste has gone downhill. Pretty far down the list for choices of fast food. Used to love it when I was a kid but the quality is better then.
The drive through took forever it seems before someone finally asked for our order, but once that was done, it went fairly quick. Our order was exact and hot. Worth the wait for sure. If it wasn't for the wait, then u may have 5 starred it. Keeping it ?!
Why was dining area closed at 8PM. Why do u close at 9PM. Needs summer hours.
Why are there always items missing from an order if going through the drive thru? Every single time. Because you know ppl are in a rush & won't notice missing items until it's too late & it's not worth wasting gas turning around for?! Absolutely ridiculous that this happens EVERY time. Come on guys. Do the job you're paid to do, correctly! I appreciate the good attitudes from employees, but it's kinda all for nothin if you can't get all the food you pay for & don't want to return.
Sadly I was on way to work so couldn't go back but I asked for a lg #6 with no tomatoes and a chicken soft taco and a extra chalupa but got tomatoes on them so I couldn't eat them do to an allergic to tomatoes
Chris waited on us and even tho he had to work super hard and fast due to short staffing from call outs he was still upbeat , friendly and gave us excellent service . He was also very funny with appropriate and clean humor . He made this our best Taco Bell experience ever ! Thanks Chris ! You rock !
Service was fast. Tacos were well made
Female who took our order was very helpful with menu questions. The male at the window was very polite. Definitely one of the nicer Taco Bells.
Fast service, prep is ready to go and fresh! This is my spot, hands down. Everytime.
