Wow!!! Best customer service from any Starbucks I’ve been in..,,that’s several between Columbia, MO & Carson City, NV.Keep up the smiles and hospitality!!! Started my day off perfectly!!!
I've been going to this location off and on for over 7 years. The staff surpasses any other Starbucks I've been to, and I've been to a lot of bad Starbucks. Definitely the best in all of Carson/Tahoe/Reno. They are always so nice and accommodating. They even get to know you and call you by name after only seeing you a couple of times.
Always pleasant associates, love my pumpkin slice, and Flat White with 1/2 & 1/2!( Brevee ) Be back soon.
The Retail Starbucks location is the best in Carson City. I've tried them all, and this location is tops by far. The staff here are simply on a higher level. Great place!

They make a great drink even special orders! Girls we super nice. Right in the middle of the mall!
It's starbucks. Getting the drink you actually ordered is hit or miss. Most of the time not right
