This location used to be well run, but it has fallen apart dramatically over the past couple weeks. It is failing to keep to its posted hours, is running out of basic menu and container items early in the day, is short-staffed, and a panhandler is lurking in the drive-thru lane among trapped cars. It's unpredictable and unpleasant to go here.

Quick service, plenty of parking, easy access off of 395 business route.
Food/drink was alright and the service is good, but the power outlets don't work and the wifi doesn't give any way to actually log in (even manually going to wifi.starbucks.com says I'm already connected, yet clearly I'm not when multiple browsers can't so much as resolve google.com). Really wish I had known *before* I spent money here that I wouldn't be able to get any work done.
Clean friendly, recommendations were right on. Bathroom well stocked and neat.

Food job on my coffee, but please fill up the cup if I ask for "no room." An inch from the top on a tall coffee is quite substantial.My dog loved her pupaccino. Thank you kindly.
