Horrible service, customer service was nowhere near what it should be. It literally took 3 times for someone to get my simple strawberry shake right. How horrible and sad that this Sonic has gone downhill.
You can't beat their shakes and slushes in the summer heat! Just remember if you order a slush, you can always ask for "Easy" strength, just as good of a taste but with half the syrup poured in! I love it
We were waited on fairly fast and our food didn't take long to arrive. We had 3 little ones with us and they aren't good on patience - waiting for food. Thankfully, there was no long waits.
I love sonic food but the Carson sonic seems to have a problem with their product ordering or fulfillment. The last three times I've gone to this store they were out of one or multiple of the main things I wanted such as corndogs and tots. Plus their slushy machine seems to be as reliable as the mcdonalds ice cream machine. Finally, they are goofy enough to accept an order from doordash and then let it stew for almost 20 minutes before canceling it due to an inability to fulfill it. This is a good example of how bad management and bad customer service can taint a good product and a good chain.
I was just there. Something is broken because I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I asked a question about the juice box? It had to be the manager. All of a sudden a loud voice yelled at me, apple juice!! My granddaughter enjoyed her food. The young sweet people at the drive thru was nice, sweet and did a great job. In today's world it was nice to see them doing a great job. I will never come back. I don't care for rude people.
Only place we could get decent food and service in Carson City Nevada. We even tried The Nugget on a rib-eye night. We ended up eating Sonics again, cheerfully served by the local youth ?.
I am pretty concerned after being almost delibrately hit by a pickup truck in the drive through entrance. Ten a Red headed woman came from the business area and seemed to delibrately stalk me just over an hour later. I know which cameras would have her image so if anything happens again. I will get a still or let them requests image. I have sent in a comment to the mgt. in case what I suspect-her being a possible employee, is true.
My wife and I go there to get drinks. I usually order a ice tea but lately it just doesn't taste right. Before it had a clean ice tea taste but lately it taste like sink water. I have not been able to finish the last 2 I purchased
Walked from building next door. Was turned away do to lack of employees. Went a week later, again turned away. This time employee said only s& was working. Could see another employee through window and only three cars in line. Lame excuse for turning customers away
Slowest and worst service I've ever had at any Sonic. 5 times I've ordered the same thing, a Oreo blast with chocolate and a Reese's blast with chocolate and every time there was no chocolate. Stalls have not been open for months, no way to pick up orders on the app besides waiting in the drive thru with 30+ other cars.
