Food is always about the same as any other Qdoba. Staff is sometimes friendly. Other times they will just get through the day. I always like it when the staff seems like they care about their job. Makes you as a customer feel welcomed and makes you want to come back. When they are good, they're great. But otherwise they are kind of brushing you off.
I have eaten here three times, and had horrible stomach issues afterwards. I have stomach issues occasionally, so the first time, I thought it was maybe the spice level. The second time, my co-worker also had stomach issues within a couple hours after we ate. The third time, I just got a cheese quesadilla because I had limited time to go elsewhere on my lunch break. The flavors of the food are great, and I have coworkers who have never had an issue. I suspect that the issue lies in either not keeping the food at the correct temperature for holding or improper hygiene practices. I have had a few bites here and there of co-workers' food without any issue since the last time I went there, however, I will not be returning. The service was subpar all three times. I do try to be understanding when it comes to customer service sector jobs. While I don't expect over the top enthusiasm, I do feel that friendliness and willingness to answer questions go a long way. I find even the most basic customer service lacking here.Update: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 4. Over the last month or so, my team and I have ordered food often and haven't had further stomach issues from it (which makes me lean towards my initial thoughts of sanitation or temps being the issue). Whatever changes they have made are working. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my order is frequently incorrect and there is not enough customization options in the app.
I ate at Qdoba in Carson City on 5/21/2022. The service was Excellent and the Staff made me feel Welcomed. My Wife and I ordered the Steak Fajita Quesadillas which we have never tried before. The Quesadilla was Very Delicious. When I took a bite, I couldn't wait to take another. The meat was tender, tomatoes were juicy, and the cheese sauce was AWESOME. I work for an extremely Large company and I will recommend Qdoba in Carson City to everyone. Great job and thank you for a Wonderful Experience.
NIce place to stop when going up the mountain (hwy50) or coming down the mountain...Food was hot and it only took a few minutes to order get our food and sit down in a clean area...As far as former disgruntaled employees (lou dog81) seriouisly get a life.... GREAT PLACE TO EAT...
The food was bomb, quiet place. Employees could use some customer service classes but otherwise great food
On the 14 had the chola chicken. I was sick from eating raw chickenThe manager was very rude she was not lessoning and i will never go back in there. Dirt place. And ive seen red ants. PLZ FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT EAT AT QDOBA. I WAS SO SICK FROM RAW CHICKEN. THANK YOU.
I looked at the reviews before coming to this place, most of the reviews were good.So when I got there, my first impression was the place is very clean. The employes greeted me and took my order. The lady that took my order was very friendly. I order the nachos and a burrito. The food was prepared quickly, fresh and tasted great.Overall this place was great and the food was outstanding. I Will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends.
The meals are huge. You choose what goodies you want on your burrito or taco. My burrito made 2 meals.
The food was similar to Chipotle- the set up was about the same too. The experience was better though because there was some twin girls that were very pleasant to order from. All smiles and a very warm atmosphere. Was pretty clean in there for the most part. All in all was worth 4 stars
I have eaten here before and it was good but very disappointing this time. The cafeteria idea is great but my husband ordered the three street tacos and the corn tortillas were very cold (totally fell apart) and the chicken was luke warm or pieces of chicken were burnt. My quesadilla was nice and warm but cut in so many parts that it all the ingredients just fell out. I think if we ever come back we will stick to the dinner bowls.
