First the man in the drive through didn’t even ask the appropriate questions. I ordered a medium #2 on white, just for him to ask me what bread I wanted. even though I had already said. Didn’t ask about mayo, mustard, veggies or shakers. My sandwich came out wrong. My husbands had things on it he specifically asked not to be on it. We sat in the drive through waiting for someone to come back to the window which both the man and the older woman who were in there purposely avoided. I had to drive around the front to get any help. Which again both them avoided. The woman eventually told me she would be right with me, I waited another 5 minutes for her to come over. The only person who was actually busy was a young girl who wasn’t even part of the situation working alone. Came home and both sandwiches were terrible! This used to be the store I would go to. You definitely won’t have me as a customer any longer! Waste of money and time. Plus now I still have to get something to eat since I wouldn’t even feed my dogs this garbage!

2 foot sub 15$ can't beat the deal! Service is always fast and friendly. My go to stop when I'm craving a good sammich

Good food... only beef I have is I order 2 sandwiches, 1 with no cheese but you can't put the one with no cheese on the one with... really? Cmon.. ai paid for the cheese if I use it or not.

I was cut off taking my order. He didn't do as asked on my orders. He tries acting tough by leaning so far out of the drive through window he was literally leaning into my car, TWICE. Very disappointing because the new management was doing so well hiring people.He was obviously impatient to have his cigarette and do his next line.

It is showing that it is under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try. The sandwich was flat and barely had any lettuce and tasted plain :-( really sad compared the the last owners that made good quality sandwiches.

Purchased 2 sandwiches through drive thru got home and both sandwiches are wrong. Called store numerous times. They don't answer during noon hour. Eat meat and cheese (which is about half of the meat they used to use) out of sandwiches and throw rest away. Call store again a couple times and eventually they answer. Manager says no problem come in tomorrow for replacements. Yay Rob. Then 15 minutes later someone else calls me back and says I need to bring in wrong sandwiches to get replaced. I explain situation and she says doesn't matter nothing they can do I must track down the owner at one of the other stores and maybe she will do something. Apparently they don't care about retaining business. Take your $$ to Sub Base or Capriottis instead. I definitely won't eat there again.

New management is woefully under delivering. Had a pathetic smashed sandwich with hardly anything in it. Chincy to say the least. Will no longer be patronizing your business.

I had a issue and I spoke to the person there... they were understanding patient and listened to every word I said. They fixed it and made sure it was 100% satisfactory. Please understand as I myself am guilty of this to know that they too are trying to make it through the hard times. We are so used to before covid we forget they are sometimes short staffed or can't get items. Remember to respect workers as they struggle to make sure their customers are 100% happy. This restaurant is always clean and everytime I come up to a employee no matter how bad their day is they always smile. Thanks guys.

Slicers always clean all the time new owners really are awesome def recommend this place to everyone! They dont even force you to mask up!

New owner really turned this store around! All ingredients were super fresh and staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend this location now.
