Could be quicker with there service and mu kids spilled water an they never sent someone to clean it up
Ordered two sundaes with extra chocolate. No extra chocolate and one cup was only half full
Very friendly staff but we ordered our food in the drive-thru and when we got to the second window after we paid at the first ($49.10) they didn't have our order. They then asked for our receipt and took it, for what I thought was to enter it again and told us to drive around to the parking lot to wait. We then sat in the truck, while it was running, and waiting about 15-20 minutes. Then my wife and I walked in to see what was taking so long only to find out that they never started making our food or even knew we were waiting there. They brought the issue up to the manager and he said he would be right back and came out a couple minutes later and handed us $50 and that was it... we stood there for a minute and he tried to say this doesn't normally happen, which I believe, but never offered to retake our order or anything. So we left and went to another location closer to home.
On 6/16/22 at 12:35 we arrived and ordered. The drive through was busy but there wasn’t a whole lot of people inside. So not long of a wait. However, it was long enough that I decided to use the order kiosk. Why not dine in. Sounds good. However, the kiosk was slow, and when it comes to directions… seriously I know English is becoming a second language and all but come in. Common tongue should be common. So the table number or the tent has a code. Where is the code? Doesnt exists. So when you are there looking for a “code” there is none. Its the table number.And then It says in the instructions just sit at the table and your order will be brought out.Yeah no. I got the food 20 minutes later after having gone up to ask why my order was since I was patiently waiting. Mind you all orders have gone through. The people there were no longer there. Enough time elapsed that I had to wait 20 minutes to be yelled at that my food was ready and pick it up.Yeah.Close it down and put a craft store there. The staff are all under paid over worked and none of them know anything because no one follows any instructions or the leadership is lacking.Never going to this McDonald’s again. The northern store is essentially the same, only there the managers and workers actually try to do things and get things done efficiently. Not this one. Shame.

They do a good job keeping up with demand with few errors (at least on my experience), and the ice cream machine is always working when I want one!
There will be no stars given for this horrible McDonald's one of the worst by far in Carson city! There is no competence here at all! Staff standing around ignoring customers. Went through the drive through first to order the lady told me to hold on a sec 10 min later I had to yell through the speaker phone to get the lady's attention, mind you I was the only car in the drive through shocker!!! She finally responded ordered food drove up to the window sat there another 10 min while the lady ignored me just decided to go inside and order. I went inside staff were chatting with their friends totally ignoring customers after 15 min of waiting just decided to just go to chikfila. Save your time, money and aggravation do not go this McDonald's
Just went through and got a 20 piece nuggets, spicy deluxe chicken, double cheese, plus some fries everything was old and lukewarm. Literally happens every single time.
The staff was stoned. Only person in the drive, had me pull around and wait out front for my order. Waited 11 minutes, then I walked in to get my order because they forgot..They had a good laugh, I had bad experience.
It's been a long time since we had good customer service and even though there were a few mistakes I didn't feel the need to get mad or angry because the customer service was actually good.
