Food was hot. Fries were fresh. Service was surprisingly good.
I am not exactly sure what's going on with the employee's of McDonald's lately but sometimes our food is spot on and sometimes it's like they just don't care.Tonight was one of those nights. My husband ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and asked for extra sauce. His sandwich came to him like Chicken Jerky, this coming from a guy who is used to MRE's that's saying ALOT. The Chicken was so fried that he couldn't eat it at all. He ate his veggies and his bread... poor guy was hungry lol. On top of that our fries were cold and stale.As a community member this is becoming annoying. It's a hit or miss honestly.We have to do better Mcds! Cmon!
7/24/22So I order a Big Mac threw the drive up window. Three minutes after leaving, I take out the Big Mac and when I took a bite, the bottom bread was as hard as a rock (stale).I drove back and went inside for a replacement. I get back in my car and drive off. When I opened the Big Mac container, i was surprised to see they put my BM back in with a different bottom bread.You think they would have the professionalism to through the stale BM away and give me a fresh one. Not here.
Burger was dry but dining room was very clean and well kept and employees were very nice.
I normally don't eat fast food but the guy who did the order on speaker was good, the person giving the food no so good we had the I am too good to be doing actual work here vibe. No napkins given, fries were meh 2/5 did not eat more than 3-4 nasty, spicy nuggets 2/5 i did eat them hopefully dont get sick as they are heat lamp old and dry. No dipping sauces given and was on order. drink was decent ill give that a 4/5 so if you want a cola or something go here if you want 3+ star food food go elsewhere.
place is ratchet and gross. employees seem clueless. soda machines uncarbonated, broken, or out of syrup. how hard is it to get 3 mcdoubles right? at this location it is very hard apparently

The food is as expected for the chain. What I don't like is that every time, kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE, there is ALWAYS something missing from my order. The first few times I called or went back, but I wasnt ever offered recompence or the item missing...just a lackluster apology. And don't expect to get a frappe after like 9:30pm, because they will tell you the machine doesn't work or that it's already been dismantled for the night.
I go to McDonald's most of the time for just 1 item & that's their Mocha Frappes. I go there about 3 - 4 x's or more a week usually order just that & sometimes I'll order 2 a day if my pocket book holds out, which it use to until the past 2 months. I also consider their food to be over priced, especially considering the poor product & the small size of portions one receives. they're too high for what one gets. The last 2 years in my area their Customer Service & quality if food have taken a dive & their prices have jumped up too high so it's not worth even 1/2 of what they charge now. About a year or more ago, I ordered a LG. Frappe, a deluxe cheeseburger (yet I only received a small & I mean small regular cheeseburger which usually happens about 70% of the time) & a small Fry, the bill came to $13.& change, close $14.00 for the smallest fry, a cheeseburger & a LG Mocha Frappe. If I hadn't of been sitting down, I would have been after learning what I paid for verses what I received. I could have gone out for a nice dinner to a nice Mexican Restaurant here in town or a Casino buffet that serves Prime Rib, bbq Ribs, Mexican food, etc with decent side dishes & at least 1 awesome desert (more at a buffet). I do really like their Mocha Frappes though I think they're just a little bit over priced. In Washington for whatever reason the lids fit nice & tight yet here in Nevada, they are always loose & have never fit right. The lid comes off & a lot if times I lose a lot of the Frappe if I pick it up wrong & that's irritating. Other then that, their place is usually clean & pretty much up to date. That's All. I give them 3 stars due to price vs size & quality of product yet it's more like a 2 1/2 or
This is the third time here, last three orders where I ordered and paid for a deluxe meal, only to receive a regular meal. Today it came with the fries container filled half way, cold and was told the coke machine wasn't working.
