Pizza was so so... I got the extra mostbestest and it wasn't exactly the bestest! Could have used more cheese. But it hit the spot at the right time. For the price it was alright.
Ordered a deep dish pizza, gave us the wrong pizza so we waited 20min and got a deep dish pizza it was over cooked cheese was actually burnt on the side, very disgusting
T-Mobile Tuesday had a deal of free classic pepperoni or cheese pizza with any pizza of choiceFood/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - custom pizza with half mushroom, sausage, and seasons beef. The other half is mushroom, pineapple, and smoked ham. The pizza was just cooked enough that it's still nice and soft. The toppings were quite uneven with the "bottom" slices mostly just cheese. There were maybe only 3/4 slices of mushroom on the second half with the pineapple and ham.The classic pepperoni pizza was decent but not memorable. Bought two pizza's they were not cooked even the cheese was not melted they remade one but not the other and didn't give it back so we were out a pizza. Not worth it , undercooked and just not good.
Asked for fresh pizza out of the oven, employee got a little attitude like it was going to change his personal pay. Pizza want that great even after I waited. Very disappointed with the entire experience this time.
Staff is pretty good for the most part. A couple of them seem like your presence bothers them, but for the most part they are friendly. Never have to wait more then about 10 minutes for an order. Most of the time Hot N Readys are good to go. Special orders you have to wait.
If you use a card make sure you get a receipt. I got one pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be $8.60 and when I checked my bank info the next day it showed that my card was charged $17.19. The girl that was working the drive thru didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. Normally they do. The only reason I go here is that I'm disabled and they have a drive thru. It's obvious they care less about their reviews as there is not a single response from them to any of the reviews shown here.
I love coming here. The food is always good and the customer service is good as well. I left my debit card and the cashier brought it out to me. I am so thankful for that person!
the way the pizza is cut is absolutely ridiculous. i ordered through the app and they still made me pay in the store.
Honestly I’d give them a zero if I could , The people who work here make working seem way too difficult, They never have anything ready on time and they can barely cut a pizza
