I love Jimmy John's but this was the worst one I have ever been to. The sandwiches were terrible. The service was even worse. I live 65 miles from Carson City and look forward to splurging on Jimmy John's. But never again her at this particular one!
This location is my favorite because even if it was close to closing time the employee at the window was friendly and should get a raise

We ordered our sandwiches thru the drive thru, that is convenient when you are headed home to Utah. We planned on eating in the car, our bread was hard, they must have used their day old bread. The sandwiches were horrible, and we eat JImmy Johns weekly at home. I hope you fix this before we travel through on our next trip.
This location gets orders wrong A LOT. Ordered a BLT with extra pickles but received a turkey with swiss. It really disappointed a very hormonal pregnant wife. Given them several chances just in case it was a fluke but sadly it is not. We won't be going back here... I can make bad sandwiches at home for free.

I love Jimmy John's and everything on the menu is great, I just wish I got what I ordered. It's the second time now that I've not gotten what I ordered. This is the second time and I even over paid because what I I was less than what I'd ordered. Bummed out but I'll just have to go to another jimmy John's. Not coming back here.
