They were rude and did not take my allergy seriously without me watching them and talking to the manager about it. The employee was quite rude.
They are very racist at jimmy John's the north carson location. They left me sitting at the drive-thru window while I was knocking at the window and they was sitting there pretending like I wasn't even there whatsoever to the point that I had to call the corporate office just because of the way they treated me like they didn't want to serve a black person
Giving a low rating this time....The sandwich was good but....the girl making the sandwich had her hair pulled back but on each side of her face had a long tendril of hair hanging down...right over the sandwich. Not very appetizing and I checked the sandwich thoroughly before eating it. Why is this allowed?Tried a competitor recently and will go there from now on ..Their sandwich was superior to yours and it was $5.00 cheaper for the same sandwich.And...no stringy hair hanging over my sandwich as it was being prepared.
Stopped in for a quick sandwich but the lobby is closed due to staffing issues. What kind of business closes its doors because they are shorthanded, probably the ones that won't be in business very long. There are a lot of other choices out there.
Ya just dealt with a girl at this store who was very rude and hung up twice on me, all because they delivered it to the wrong house and telling me I was wrong.it took all I had not to go to the store and her an attitude adjustment. Love the food, but that worker needs to be fired. I'm guessing they dont practice proper civility there.

Very tight with condiments, must ask for mayo, and mustard only available in packets! Also, quite expensive for what you get.
