Absolutely rude didn't even get the order right ended up going to another place to get dinner. We'll never go there again
The tacos were old and soggy, nothing was fresh, fries were cold. service was poor.
This Jack in the Box location provided the exact experience that a person would expect from a Jack in the Box visit. Well done.
Tried one of their patty melts, it was ok however I thought they were supposed to be grilled on rye bread.
Just went through the drive through waited forever and I get my food and first they forget my drink then I get all the way home and the curly fries I got were literally hard as a rock and then my burger was completely wrong and it was for a front end order and I paid 20 $ for it so I'm extremely angry and dont have the time nor the gas to drive back down there
No complaints at this spot, always eager to fix any issue that might come up and seem to be good at weeding out the rotten apple's since no drama has seemed to spill out into the community as it had in the past! But, I digress im loving their customer service these day's! So keep up the great work!

Honestly I've never had jack in the box be as well made as it was tonight. I'm mad I didn't take a picture before hand. Felt fresh and not like a stale puck of meat. Had excellent service from everyone working tonight 11/27/21. The staff working should very proud of themselves and definitely deserve any bonus or raise available to themEdit:I forgot to mention the woman there tonight had amazing customer service and a wonderful attitude. Really changed my negative feelings of the night to those of positive ones.
