Out of all the fast food places...Jack in the box is the best. Cooked while you wait, good menu of different foods. Handicap accessible.
I am a delivery driver for a local company. I just went to pick up a customer's order, I was in the Drive-Thru for probably close to about 15 minutes. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in. I was at the window for at least 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. A few more minutes past and a manager came to the window and tried to give me another person's food.I then told them that wasn't my customers and tried to ask her a question at which point she shut the window in my face while I was speaking.When I tried to mention my experience to both the employee and the manager they were continuously cutting me off and not giving me an opportunity to speak they were telling me that they were short staffed. I know a large majority of the world is short staffed and I understand. However disrespect is not excused because a company is short staffed.I have used this location myself as a customer before as well and still I've never had this type of experience. If you are planning to use this restaurant anytime soon expect to get stuck waiting forever. With really no understanding
Best Jack in The Box I’ve ever eaten at!!! Quality menu items, clean restrooms, clean restaurant and clean parking lot. Friendly staff! ?
They were so short staffed that the drive thru wait was more than 30 min. The employees were being run ragged. There were only 4 employees and the line was about 15 cars long behind me and I was about 6th in line so 21 cars at 8 pm and I paid 37 dollars and only got 4 things that I ordered and 2 bags of someone else's order. Granted I should have inspected my bags more carefully. I just felt so bad for these employees. They need employees. Corporate should do something to help these guys out. I'm not sure what but something. If you need a job try applying at these seriously understaffed restaurants.
It appeared they were open as there was a couple sitting inside eating, so we tried to go in to eat for breakfast. Both entrances we're locked and no signs indicated store was closed for inside dining. Went thru drive through, staff professional, food hot and priced right
Jack n the box as a new ultimate breakfast sandwich.Ham/ bacon/egg and cheese on a bisket.So so good.That and 2 tacos ?.That was lunch.Himmmm Himmmm good ?
It was alright but I don't like to complain but I think I got ripped off when I got a three-piece jalapeno popper which one didn't have a jalapeno in it
Drive thru... People know me and my Queen very well and love when we order... Even know are names and faces. Good customer service.. keep it up y'all
This was during part of the post epidemic shut downs and people quitting or leaving jobs &/or unemployment issues. They were both closed. Apparently they can't find anybody to work.It was a waste of time to go to both of them for dinner.Appended - But they have contacted me to talk &/or explain the issue(s).I told them that my parents wanted "Jack in the Box" for dinner, and they have sent me a couple of gift certificates to make up for the inconvenience, which I gave to my parents. Thanks.
Ordered four items and they got one correct. I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and the gave me fires and churros in the kids meal bag no chicken nuggets to be found. I also ordered a cheeseburger with curly fries and got a crispy chicken sandwich with ice cold regular fries instead. I ordered mini tacos and got jalapeno poppers instead.I understand how intense dinner rushes can be but this is completely unacceptable.
