The place was SPOTLESS. Great salads. The birria tacos were good, but, I think really pricey. Only 2 tacos fo4 $11.99. I got them cuz my mother in law really wanted to try them. Even though they were really good, I won't be buying them again...because I can buy a combo platter with birria, and choose 3 sides for $9.99 at another restaurant and it's just as good.Also, El Pollo Loco needs to add more options on the kids menu. It's rather limited. With all that, everything they make is ALWAYS ALWAYSS DELISH

Always s go to for a healthy alternative to fast food. Their new beef options are really tasty. I highly recommend you try it.
Now I know why I never came here before. The chicken was so dry like it had been sitting on that grill forever! The rest was tasteless and the Beef Birria, don't waste your time. This place is over priced and under whelming!!!!!
Not a fan of their TINY chicken legs or wings, but they do have a delicious salad, or a nice little meal in a container to go. That's about it.

Yeah I ordered a classic tostada salad it was so yummy it filled me up and it was really good. Next time I won't order three classic chicken burritos I'll just order the classic tostada salad. El Pollo loco has really good food. I really like it so does my family too and Friends
I used to love going to El Pollo Loco! Chicken now is way too dry. Customer Service is Terrible...no more pride in their chicken. 3rd try and still no redemption...
I get there about 7:45 and drive through sign is on and it’s all lit up. Get to the menu/drive thru and I hear we are closed for the holidays. It’s December 26 the day after the holiday. Yet your sign is still on and google said you’re still open? At least be consistent. Will never be going back to any location. Thanks for wasting my time.
