Never disappointed here. Service is always amazing and the drinks are the best!
I love Dutch Bros! I’ve been to the other two locations often. I’ve gone to the south end Dutch Bros three times and every time I’ve had to wait in line behind one person for eight minutes or more while the young lady chatted inside the window of the car in front of me. I understand customer service and I love it at Dutch Bros but each time, At this location it’s entirely too long. When you cannot see the order taker from the shoulders up they must know the person in the car. Right?
I love Dutch Brothers so much that I drive about 23 miles one way just to get there ice mochas they're the best coffee I think and now keep phone come in back. I love to thank every word point so you can earn free drinks in today's economy that's a big help
This Dutch Bros. has become mine & my husbands FAVORITE Carson City Location Spot!!! They get our order correct every single time and it is beautifully tasty "Lite Iced Sugar Free Decaf Caramelizer w/Almond milk & extra sweetener" as pain in the butt that is they make it so amazing ?. We live about 40 miles away so our drive home is wonderful with these drinks in our hands.The staff that work there alway pay close attention to our order and how they make it, they always give our pups pupachinos, they are so super nice and are perfectly talkative OH and for the people who complain about the loud music- it's never too loud. One time we went and these adorable young employees were listening to school band music it was interesting!!! I love the difference here, it's never the same and always awesome! Keep up the great work!!!
I don't even like coffee, but I love this place. They've made it acceptable to have a milkshake at 7am :) and their sodas are worth the drive from Dayton.
They are all kids doing nothing but horsing around. Brought the wrong order then she had to come back 3 times to ask what we ordered. One girl had ripped jeans and the other had very dirty shoes. Not nice and we will never come back
Their coffee was awesome! It’s so much better and bigger compared to our coffee shops on the east coast.

As always, staff is supper friendly and they have amazing coffee. Service was fast.
Great place with upbeat workers. If I'm having a bad day and I go there I'm usually a little bit better once I leave. Their workers you're just so upbeat and happy and love what they do. You don't find that very often anymore. Also they have sooo many different drinks and they are cheap. Its amazing. I get theres sodas a lot of the time. I cant get enough.
