They didn’t have any sauce or flavor on any meat that I ordered, messed up on two out of four sides. like they just gave me what ever they felt like, but hey if you want to have meat that tastes like they boil it this will meet those standards….no rub or BBQ sauce what exactly makes this bbq!!! Meat boiled would be more appropriate!!! Dumpster fire!!!! Don’t go it’s awful
Missing many sides from our order, the meals say they come with 2 sides but then they charge 3$s each? The brisket we recieved was supposed to be sliced but it was a massive chunk of fat, nothing could even been ate, 140$s worth of food? No thank you I will not be ordering from dickies "bbq" again
I go there at least once a month and spend over 150.00 dollars every time. Yesterday they forgot my ribs . So I call and let them know. When I came back for ribs. They called my grandsons a thieve!!!! When they forgot my ribs!!!!!!
Over priced. Never prepared, always running out of food. Need more staff. Owner needs to get it together. Used to be excellent and now it’s really not worth the money .
Horrible service...ordered online was told it would be ready at 6:15 didn't walk out of there till half an hr later. And they were out of everything...customer service? What customer service!
Love getting Dickeys. The employees are always super nice and the food always tastes amazing. Sure sometimes they run out of something you really want but that's just because they all so good everyone wants to eat here. Oh and did I mention the food ice cream cone is back. :) They have great daily specials as well.
10 stars because they’re just THAT good. The employees were so nice and the food was amazing. They also have free soft serve ice cream. Will be coming here again!!! I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. And the food is nicely priced!!!
I just placed an order with Door Dash and Dickey's didn't have all items available..instead of canceling my order a sweet young man called me ( so sorry I forgot your name- you deserve a raise and the staff who said reach out, THANK YOU)and asked how he could make my order correct considering the circumstances..I'm an advid dasher ( I hate to admit)...I will make it a point to visit the location next time I have a craving to thank the team for EXCELLENT customer service...fingers crossed I'm still waiting on a order but Dickey's in Carson deserved a shout out!!!
They apparently smoke everything with the same flavor wood chips as all the meat tastes the same
