Food was ok but the order was mixed up last time so thats kinda frustrating, but usually when we go its fine.
Never had Dairy Queen before. The lady in the drive-thru was very patient and informative. The honey bbq chicken tenders were great and the ice cream was also. Will definitely be returning.
The staff is mostly teenagers who seems to interested in socializing with each other. Stood waiting for at least two minutes. And a group of wandering out of the store room. Prices have gone through the roof here.
If only we could give a zero. We ordered a chicken basket from drive through and the lady "Patricia", decided that is not what we want and gave us burger instead.On the only burger order that we had, we said everything in it except cheese. No cheese. But she had nothing on it but cheese... fake cheese.We ordered diet coke and my sugar won't even register... that was not a diet coke.In short, we paid for what we did not order. And they could not change it because what was in the receipt was the one Patricia decided.We will never go back to this establishment. I can't even begin to explain how furious I am. That none of the orders were right. 0 out of 10.
Amazing customer service. When I went in there it was busy but they held their composure and took care of everybody good job Dairy Queen keep up the good work you've got to go to work I recommend if you're in Carson City go ahead And get your favorite ice cream!!!
Never anything wrong with ice cream! Just wish when you ordered multiple items they would put on the sticker what was what so we didn't have to guess.
This place smells awful... Not EVERY time I come here, but half of the time it smells like an unflushed toilet, I'm not joking.
Kids loved the food and ice cream, Staff was excellent! Beautiful day ate outside.
Great place to get ice cream. Blizzards here I come. My wife & I go here at least once a week to get a blizzard. Everytime we love it. So go get one today you won't be disappointed.
Very well staffed. Kind and patient. Drive thru has an organized operation during peak hours. Indoor dining. Freshly made food.
