We were in the shortest line I've ever been in but sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Once we received our order it was missing a sandwich and the sandwich we did receive was incorrect. We ordered 3 items. This is the 3rd out of 4 visits our order has been wrong at this location.
We love Chick-fil-A! Visiting from Oregon is a must stop. Healthy grilled chicken salad with strawberries and nuts. Crispy chicken sandwich meal with cross cut fries. Lots of sauces. Yummy peach milkshake and ice tea ?
Wow, I went to chick fil a today in Carson and I was awesomeness. The front line staff was young people. They were so mannered,professional and welcoming. Food was on time and the food was good. Keep up the good work ? . I had to write a review others need to take customer service training from you guys.
It's clean, healthy(er), and best of all, the play place is open (and behind nearly soundproof glass)! I think our meal came out in 30 seconds - wow!We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 orders of nuggets (some fried, some grilled), three or four fries, 4 milkshakes (one of each flavor), 2 large fruit bowls (the children ate them all, and they really were large), a diet lemonade, and some waters. We spent about $75 feeding 6 people. I'm not sure what was so expensive... maybe it was the milkshakes? I ordered the food first, and the dessert later. The meals are pretty filling and everything is noticeably fresh. The workers were very nice and respectful which is very rare in fast food, kinda threw me off at first. And we got to customize the drinks with our meals instead of generic sodas which was kinda cool. Drive through was very quick
I've gone while busy and during slow times and I almost prefer going while they are slightly busy because they seem more efficient then. When it was slow our order took longer and the employees didn't seem to be in as good of a mood. Not sure if I just caught them on a bad day or not but I would still recommend going here!
Stopped in this morning - my son enjoys breakfast there. Our first visit here in Carson City. Brooke took our order and was great to talk with us about our trip. The breakfast was great; I had a salad that was amazing. The store was clean and busy!
This is fast food as good as fast food can be. No big deal. Had a chicken sandwich. Was disappointed that there was absolutely no vegetables on it. Fries were good and hot. Customer service was good.
I ordered chicken tenders the last time and I was very disappointed about the size of the portion. It was so small and sad! I wish the could improve that.The waffle fries were delicious and the service is always nice
I really have mixed feelings. I have tried this location three times. The first time it was perfect. We had no complaints food was great it was hot it was fresh was wonderful. This was right when they opened. The last two times we did the drive-thru and then we ordered off their app our orders got messed up both times and it was frustrating because the price that you pay for a family of four and your order gets messed up. For the amount of money it should be perfect every time. We will definitely give it another try.
