The guy taking the orders this morning was super rude to my mother. She repeated herself 3 times and he acted like didn’t understand. The lady at the window was extremely nice and fixed our order.

It's rare for me to give 1 star to a fast food place, but this one is an exeption. I expect errors from time to time, but this is so consistent it's starting to seem deliberate. For some reason, the employees at this place cannot, no matter what, ever remember to put the honey mustard in with the chicken nuggets. Even if that's the only thing other than chicken nuggets, they will undoubtedly forget to include the honey mustard nor any other sauce in its place.

They have been randomly closing the dining room whenever they feel like it for the past few months. I'm tired of walking over there just to be turned away. I walk over to McDonald's, Wendy's, or KFC. If you don't want to have your dining room open then someone else will get my money. If they are trying to control the flow of people then they are gonna continue to loose profits. Don't waste your time. It's not worth the gas to be idling in the drive thru especially with the cost of gas these days. They need to post a sign saying the new dining room hours. I walked over a noon and they were closed. I walked over at different times within the past few months and 3/4 of the time they are closed. I hope corporate fixes this issue.

The Carson City Burger King has become a joke. I have been given the wrong order, half my order, or sent out to the parking lotto wait 35 minutes for my order that was not even correct. I have called corporate several times, once while I was back in the drive-thru trying to retrieve a missing part of my order. The dining room is always closed and they never answer the phone when you call. I loved Burger King until about a year ago. Its gone downhill.

The food was just fine but the older gentleman that helped me made it feel like he was trying to get rid of me I understand it was morning and he was probably tired but I felt very unwanted. On top of that I sat at the drive-thru speaker for a couple minutes and no one said anything but when I ordered up at the window he didn't really seem to care. I'm not trying to be one of those Karen's but I work in the food industry and I know what normally would happen if I did that to a customer.

Every-time I come here there is a ridiculous drive through queue. Now I've been stuck with three people behind me and in front of me for about 20 minutesAbsolutely silly. Never againEDIT: To add insult to injury the food was cold. I waited thirty minutes and spent 12 dollars on cold food. Absolutely will never returnGo to Sonic.

The Burger Melt was delicious and juicy, even without the sauce. That sauce is known, even to the employee and manager as to the ingredients. Seems to me if they are serving it, someone should know what's in it. What if someone has allergies?

Wanted a quick burger meal, drive through was busy so went in. Opened the door for a guy carrying 4 bags out, was helping elderly mother figure out what to eat and let another man go ahead of us which ended as a blessing.So when they set our bags on the counter, I was trying to make sure we had everything, but the lady was too busy or focused so I noticed we ended up leaving without a drink for a meal and couldn't get ketchup for fries, otherwise the place is OK and food was pretty good.

Manager came in at 1pm and was rude to a customer who was upset that they skipped his number and all he did was ask where is food was after at least a 30 min wait her response was oh the customers are being rude. They were understaffed she said well lock the front door if we are under staffed the employees running around looking scared of her she was very unprofessional
