Service very good, food very fresh, the band on Friday evenings was a nice touch. Will return with guest.

We have not had the chance of dining on yet, but my son wanted on of their amazing roast beef sandwichres and fries tonight. I meant to order a second with their awesome green salads for me and accidentally ordered the turkey, Pear, Brie melt ?. The second opened the box the amazing smells overwhelmed my son and I. We needed up sharing, but I will be ordering again when he is ! You cannot beat the original taste and freshness that comes with their food.
Our experience with Bella Vita, was not pleasant. We did not eat there, instead, we were trying to have a quiet evening dinner at the Thai Restaurant just across the hallway from Bella Vita and inside the mall hallway. We had just ordered and the door to the Bella Vita swung open to what we considered rude behavior. Their band was playing and a group of loud, restaurant goers came out and sat down in the chairs outside the Bella Vita. We did not mind the people sitting outside the restaurant, but what was very loud and rude behavior was keeping the door open to the Bella Vita Restaurant while the band was playing. We asked if they would please close the door, so we did not have to listen to their band and the owner shouted something like, “This is our side of the hallway, and we’ll keep the music on our side of the hallway the way we want it”, which was ridiculous for the owner to say that. The music was so loud, that we had to shout to have a conversation while sitting at the Thai Restaurant, so we asked them to close the door. A few minutes later, the owner finally did close their door. We are going to advise our family and friends not to include Bella Vita as one of their culinary choices.
One of the best places in Carson city, to eat and enjoy entertainment. the ambience the entertainment and the wonderful people who work and own it treat you like family what Marco do you want?

Very nice, cozy Italian restaurant. Service was excellent and the food very good! They have a full service bar here also.
Bella Vita catered my house warming party last month and let me tell you - THEY WERE FANTASTIC. They food was delicious and the service they provided was outstanding. I received countless compliments from my guests on the quality of food. My only quorum was the arrival time of the staff. When scheduled - I was advised the staff would be there 45 mins before the start of my event, they did not arrive until 5 minutes before the vent started. Luckily most of my guest were late, and the staff definitely made it up with their quality of service.
Chicken chardonnay and heirloom bruschetta was some of the best I have ever had. Definitely my new favorite restaurant
