I ordered a layered Sunday and got 1 tiny scoop of ice cream. When I told them they said it's how it comes. $7 for a scoop of ice cream with toppings. Unexceptable. I won't be going back.
Got some ice cream with my girlfriend and it was quick and delicious will definitely go again
Went in about a week ago and ordered a mangonada drink and a banana split.A young blonde boy helped me, when making my banana split I asked if I could have a single scoop instead of the traditional three and if they offered that. He said yes and continued to make my split, he never wore gloves and handled all my food with his bare hands and even reached into the toppings bin and sprinkled them over without gloves or seeing him wash his hands.He then continued to add 3 scoops of ice cream and when I questioned why he said i “read the menu wrong “. Never told me my total when checking out and just a general lack of customer service or work ethic. Hold yourselves to higher standards.
I ordered a cake online It was supposedIt was supposed toIt was supposed to beIt was supposed to be half Sheet by their standards 6 by 8 in it is not it is Tiny it is maybe 6 by 4 in possibly And I contacted Management in Carson City where the cake was picked up at and she tried to tell me it's bigger than what it is supposed to be which is ridiculous do not buy from the store is not what they post on there and it is not worth the money And their customer service skills are horrible
Wow. I’ve been going here for years but today the service was extremely rude. We waited patiently to be helped but our turn came a little sooner than we expected. We excused ourselves from the line and washed our hands while we waited. When we came back out, the line was longer. Again, we waited our turn all over again and meanwhile a woman walks in behind me and is there all but 1-2 minutes. When it’s FINALLY our turn AGAIN, the woman behind us walks up, cuts us off and starts ordering. I explained to the woman working who is clearly a middle age adult, that we were next. She choose to yell at us and tell us we had our chance. RUDE. TOTALLY RUDE. And of course we walked out. In all, we waited at least 20 minutes and never did get anything ordered. I called the store an hour later to complain, naturally no one answers the phone.
Love baskin robins but this location sucks! I understand the pandemic and having to wait longer due to staffing shortages but that isn't even my complaint! The lady that was serving us was extremely rude! She not only was trying to rush our order she completely misunderstood our order and then yelled at us for her mistake! Younger girl with long hair and glasses needs to control her anxiety! she shouldn't be shouting at customers coming through the door to leave because they're closing in 40 min!
I like my ice cream racism free. Apparently she doesn’t hire “brown people” literally over heard the supervisor or whatever she is as I was in line to get ice cream today. Wow just trash.
ice cream was ok, scoops are small. no sample tasting, so so service, young employees standing around and the store was pretty dirty
We waited 30 minutes and no one said anything to us while they made to go orders and served drive through customers. Go to the grocery store instead
Good ice cream and service. Prices just keep going up.
