Tried the burger, pretty good! And the service is always nice here
I ordered one item. Beef and cheddar half pound. I then left the drive-thru went to work look inside the sandwich and there was maybe at the most a teaspoon of cheese. This might as well have been a roast beef sandwich. Where is the rest of the cheese? Now that I'm back at work there's nothing I can do about it. Arby's fails again.
Price is out of control. Frys cost more than the rost beef sandwich. Check your card limit if you buy a drink
Shift manager threw a tray on the floor because it was still slightly damp from the wash, but had griped about the soggy liner on the tray. My fiancé had to also go back in because he had forgotten part of our order.
I had not been to this restaurant chain in years and took my son because we had gift cards. The menu has expanded and offers some really interesting options. The first cashier was having a hard time with the gift card so a manager came over and took the gift cards and invited us to sit down. She brought me the receipt and the last gift card with the remaining amount highlighted on the receipt. The food was fresh, well presented, hot and very good. I'm looking forward to making this a regular stop. Restaurant was clean, decor was good, parking lot was kept up.
Our waitress Rebecca D and the manager were both absolutely wonderful!!! Super sweet and caring, and the food was AMAZING!! The burgers were perfectly done and the wings were awesome! Definitely coming again!!
Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I'm fat and shouldn't be asking for a large.
Took the trip to Carson City from Reno. Grab some food it was very good. French dip chicken nuggets and Arby's roast beef . very good ?
Great food and everyone was really nice as my 4yo took forever to decide he wanted chicken nuggets. Very clean tables awesome experience.
Unfortunately, my experience with this location was not a good one. The drive-thru is the only option with no dine in currently. But my problem was that my Arby's roast beef sandwich was barely warm. And by the time I was halfway finished it was cold. Everything appeared to have been sitting & pre-made including the curly fries for a long, long time. Maybe it was a coincidence I got sick the next day. But, it will be a long time before I visit this location again.
