We went to try the location out. Figured they had been open long enough to get the bugs worked out. Like several others posting we waited 45 minutes for our food. After I ate my meal I proceeded to get sick.We were given a meal card to try them again. We went back a week or so later. We again ordered and it again was 1/2 hour wait. The food came out under cooked. I could only eat half of my meal. Later in the day I got extremely sick from what I was told was food poisoning. After a 3hr visit to the ER I wouldn't feed my dogs there food. Stay away.
Family and I went here a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time at a Wahlburgers, and I really enjoyed it. We all got burgers of different kinds, it was a pretty good burger as far as chains go. I was blown away by the sweet potato tots—I kind of have craved them ever since. We also greatly appreciated the special of kids eating for free with adult meal.Probably the biggest benefit that took this from a four star to a five star is the friendly help. I don't remember the gal's name, but she was extremely patient with our kids choosing through the menu and really helpful in helping us determine what we wanted.
Not great. Salad had a weird taste and wasn't cold. Fruit that the kids got with their meals was canned fruit. Bits of black floaty junk was in my diet pepis. Will not return. Hyvee market grill was much better.
I was very hesitant to go here from all of the negative reviews, but I'm really glad I ignored them. My wife and I took our girls here yesterday night since it was the last night of kids eat free. All of our cheeseburgers were extremely fresh, hot and tasted great. Our girls are picky eaters and they ate all of there food and loved it. The onion rings are a bit off putting the way they look, but they taste WAY better than they look. The fries were a little bland and slightly undercooked, but after putting a little salt on them they were still very good. I got my "Wahl" sauce on the side of my burger, because I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not, but I thought it was delicious. Had a ketchup like taste, but something was added to it that gave it a very unique smooth tasty flavor. The prices were a bit high, but if they keep giving out that quality of food, we will definitely be back. Service was also great. The woman that helped us put our order in was very helpful/friendly and made ordering very easy for our first time. We were then checked on 2 different times by a very polite gentlemen after we got our food. Overall very great experience for me and my family.
Eh, have definitely had better burgers and fries and definitely for cheaper! Food came out quickly and hot but that is about the only good thing. The burger had zero seasoning. Seriously tasted like they threw 2 patties together to make this juicy lucy with no seasoning. The bun was nicely toasted. The fries were crispy but severely undersalted. Nothing makes this place stand out except for the high price!
First of all, these reviews are hilarious. This place is run by 15 year olds so dont expect anything to go right. The only thing safe to get is the pb and j burger. Pretty good and hard to mess up. I would not advise to order more than 2 things at a time as your order will be completely messed up. Make sure to check your food before you leave!!!
First time coming here and it was horrible! I ordered a burger and fries and it was nothing special at all! When the food got to us it was barely warm. The service wasn’t the greatest either. Ask for ranch when I ordered and had to remind them then gave my son a fruit cut with no spoon. Food is so expensive and all around terrible! Don’t waste your time or money here!
A group of friends ate here tonight and had wonderful burgers and wonderful service! Several people stopped to see if there was anything we needed. Definitely would recommend Wahlburgers.
Onion rings, seriously? I’ve had better looking and tasting onion rings in Iraq and Afghanistan. All 3 Burgers were over cooked. Sweet potato tots were absolutely disgusting. Fries had zero seasoning.
Took 45 minutes to get a less than tasty burger. Daughter order was not what she ordered. This was on a Tuesday night that was not busy at all. Asked for refund and was never even asked why. Shows they don’t want to improve.
