Worst service I’ve ever had. Went there and found out it was bingo night so we played along. Dinner went normal, waiter dropped off food and came back to ask how everything was. After that the waiter never showed back up. Nobody in the group ordered drinks but we didn’t think we had to order drinks to continue getting service. About 30 minutes after eating I was going to order dessert but the waiter simply never came back. Finally after an hour we had to ask another waitress to find our waiter because he never came back after picking up our food. All together we were there for 3 hours and an hour and a half of that was waiting for the waiter to even walk by so we could ask for our ticket. Good thing it was bingo night to keep us entertained. I just wish the waiters paid attention to their non drinking tables, you never know what their situation could be.
The waitress we had was amazing! We came in with 6 of us, and she helped us get tables together to accommodate our party. Drinks and food were pretty good as always, only downside was our egg added to the burger was cooked over hard. Bonus, the bathrooms were very nice on the woman’s side compared to most bar bathrooms. Would highly recommend!
We went here after a baseball game around 2pm. It was very busy but the greeter was extremely accommodating and was able to get us a good spot for the whole baseball team on the patio. Our server was young and seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people we had, but once she got our order in, the food was super quick! I had their taco salad which was delicious! Their nachos looked amazing and the burgers looked good too! Love this place for a quick bite! Definitely recommend the patio seating on a beautiful day!
Quality was not very good, my chicken fingers in the picture look and taste horrible. Waiter was nice that’s about all I will give this place
Well this place continues to slide downhill. I was at The Good Life in Papillion last week and wanted to let you know of an issue we had while dining there. We have been Patrons of the Good Life for many years from the time they opened the first location and have used Pinpoint Rewards for a long time. The Pinpoint Rewards clearly states that “specials will go back to normal price” and we have never had an issue with that. This time when we tried to order the Good Life Nachos I told the waitress that we had the Pinpoint Reward and that they would just have to move it back to the normal price and she said she could no longer do that. I asked for the manager who took their time in coming over. She informed me that they had lost money because the program was not being done properly and they were being charged back by Pinpoint (Which is not true) She said they could no longer move things back to normal price even though they had been doing it the entire time for years that you have set it up this way on Pinpoint. The thing forgotten here is that Pinpoint is a rewards program for people that regularly frequent this establishment. I have spent a ton of money there and did not appreciate the way we were confronted for trying to follow the rules that they have put in your rewards program. We were told that there was nothing they could do and I asked for the owners phone number and after asking the waitress for the manager to get that info, we received it right before we were going to leave. Also, our food order was never placed until way after we had the talk with the manager. We want to work in the rules of the reward program but when they change rules and not post it in the program it makes it very difficult. I have attached copies of the rewards info for you to see. I emailed the email provided by the manager only to have it bounce back as no such address. I double checked and it was the one provided. Sad to see what was once such a great place to become one that is now bottom of the list!
Our waiter tonight night was awesome. We love playing keno with dinner. The kids both had pizza they both loved it. Hubby had the philly. It looked good. But the nachos were just meh. Chicken was died out and waffle fries were way over cooked. Not enough tomatoes and onions. Last time I had the Ruben the bread was was rock hard and the meat was fired out. The nachos were better than the Ruben. I never really seem to enjoy what I get. Kids miss the fidget spinners that used to come with kids meals.
Two of my friends and I ate here last night around 7-8 ish. Our server, Mackenzie I believe, was amazing all around. The food was great the drinks were great and the pretzels were fantastic. There was another server who started our table who I didn’t get her name but had blonde hair and was wearing a blueish headband, she was fantastic as well. Overall we had a great experience!
A fun sports bar! I ordered chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Sandwich was delicious but sweet potato fries were soggy, not cooked long enough. But we were there on a Friday eve & was very crowded; but still should have been crisper. Margarita was delish?
