Sure didn't get what I asked for. The cinnamon crisps were stale. Tastes like the oil was old. Couldn't eat them. Ask for burrito supreme and got something else but I didn't realize it till I got home. Very disappointing. Ask for what you want and you get something different. Don't think I'll be going back to that location again....
I got the nacho cheese and chips with my crunch wrap. The chips were hard to describe really. Obviously I knew they wouldn't be great quality but they tasted bitter and like chemicals. I'm not a picky eater but I couldn't eat them. I think they may be dangerous. On top of that my crunch wrap was pretty luke warm and meh. Never been so glad I ordered black beans and not beef. ? Fingers crossed there is no food poisoning in my future.
I always dread going to this location because the employees are so rude! Which is totally unfortunate because it’s located by the shopping center full of people! My boyfriend and I went the other night and asked for an ice coffee (thinking that all locations have ice coffee??) and they responded in such a rude voice tone saying something like “yeah maybe if you were at Starbucks, next..” and totally dismissed us and didn’t talk to us again. So unprofessional.
Ordered 2 burritos tonight. I used the app to order and pay. It’s so much easier that way. The food was fresh. The drive through was fast. The cashier was very nice. I love to stop here for quick pick ups and feed the craving. I like there hours as well. It makes it convenient for me to eat at odd hours.
Offers take out on app. Doors are locked. Will not bring out order. Got charged for a order I never got. False advertisement. Will never be going back to this location.
So I've been to this location several times over the last few years and haven't had any issues other than missing sauces or too much ice in my drinks, negligible issues, but the crunchy tacos I just received tasted rancid, I think it might have something to do with overused oil when frying the shells, but the taco shells smelled like paint thinner and tasted like baking soda. Look, I understand that entry level employment right now is in a harsh state, but I would rather be dissapointed by shorter open hours then by wasting my money on potentially harmful food, the kitchen staff are all hardworkers as far as I can tell, so I imagine this is a result of some mismanagement or miscommunication. If it wasn't for the last couple of years of reliability I would given a lower rating, but I'm hoping this is a one time event. Else I will not be returning.

Overall I've had a pretty good experience with this taco bell. Consistent taco bell food and there service is pretty good.
We were in the drive thru forever for a small order. We left the drive thru and checked our bag and didn’t have everything. I went back and went inside to get the rest of my order and stood at the front desk for 3 min and said “hello can I get some help” after they all looked at me and just kept working. Kinda dumb to be so ignored at the front counter.
If I could give the store a zero I would. I went to the drive-through and placed my order when I got to the window they stuck my order out the window with no comment there was no receipt in the bag and one of my items were missing. The next day I went back and ordered for my family and this time FOUR items were missing And again no receipt. I had to go back through line wait another 15 minutes to tell them my order was incorrect. This is a Taco Bell that I feel it’s overwhelmed and probably poorly managed. Please avoid there’s so many Taco Bell’s I get your order correct.
