We love the Papillion Starbucks on Hwy 370 and 72nd Street, but since the lock down it is a real time waste to try and get our weekend lattes. We always use the app, pre-pay and run in to pick up our drinks - avoiding those long automobile lines at one pickup window. Now we can't even get in the door to pick up our drinks. This weekend we waited in line for about a half hour, only to receive lukewarm drinks because we had pre-ordered and pre-paid. It seems to us that they could unlock the west door for mobile orders. They could post a sign requiring everyone entering to only enter for mobile order pickup and requiring people to wear a mask to enter the store. Restaurants do it! Guess we will be finding another coffee shop that can get us our drinks a whole lot faster.
I love coffee but expensive
This is the only Starbucks with a drive through in Papillion, they are always packed inside & out. The parking lot is terrible to get in & out of. Drinks are not consistent & the cups are usually not full - rip off!
