Went to this location at 8:45 Pm on a Saturday and was turned away stating they were closed (online states closing is at 9pm) Asked for a managers phone number and was provided (what we believe is a friends number from one of the young girls that work there - who by the way was very rude In text after we left a VM at the number provided ) was just a very poor experience in my opinion and lost a customer to never try to go there again. Thanks
Most of the employees are young and it's likely their first job or a part time job or whatever it may be but time and time again it's glaringly obvious that they don't care about their job or giving customers a great experience. The smoothies are great and that's why we come back but when you look the kid behind the counter in the eye and say "put it in a Styrofoam cup please" and then they procede to put every smoothie into a plastic cup it's very frustrating. Would LOVE to give a 5 star review but this stupid lackadaisical attitude that the employees have is what brought my review to 2 stars.
Best Smoothie King location! Always friendly and the smoothies are always consistent. The other locations are good too just not as good.
This was my first time going to Smoothie King and I am HOOKED. I love how the smoothies are not only healthy but they also taste amazing! The store itself was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever visited and the customer service was unmatched. Loved my experience and looking forward to coming again! Cannot recommend this Smoothie King more! I recommend the Strawberry Hulk!

I went to smoothie King tonight an an employee here was throwing sanitizer all over the floor with out gloves then moped the floor an stoped half way to make an order with out washing there hands and was rude when asked about it an saying she didn't need to wash her hands an that it was okay cause it's sanitizer I hope no one gets sick cause of there reckless disregard for safety of others
Good options with a good taste, but a little pricey.
I've been a few times recently and it has always been a good experience. The app makes ordering ahead pretty convenient.
