Business lunch group initially went next door to Buffalo Wild Wings only to be ignored for 25 minutes. We walked over and were instantly seated, placed orders, got drinks within a minute and lunch within five. Good food, hot fries. Really great service checking on us to make sure we were being taken care of with refills and such. Multiple service workers and manager on top of their customer service game. Recommended!

Waitress was extremely rude they tried to seat us at a dirty table that had half a burger and a load of fries under the table they added mushrooms to the kids burger so we had to pick it off and asked them to throw them away she replied ew then walked away without taking them. It took over 20 min for our drink order to come out and the waitress never even stopped at out table to ask if we wanted soda refill or more fries

Just a couple of things to watch out for, tortilla soup was thick and pasty, almost like it came from a can. They never offered to refill my “bottomless” salad or any of my kids “bottomless” sides and the server was obviously overworked so we didn’t feel comfortable asking. Definitely a management fail, she practically ran from table to table. My daughter asked for a refill on her Mac and cheese but after ten minutes we gave up and paid and left. I’d spend your $60 elsewhere if I were you.

Usually love this place so much. Decided to go n my wife’s birthday. I asked a host at the door can u guys do anything for her birthday and he said “I don’t know”? How do u not know how went u trained to know. Then he came to our table as we sat down and said you wanted to know about the birthday thing which embarrassed my wife and I. Not sneaky bud. Train your employees to make it customers feel more at home that’s what it says on your website. And the answer should have been yes sir we do. We will bring her a free Sunday dessert and if you ur a royalty member she will receive a free birthday burger.

This was my first time ever trying Red Robin and I thought the food was really good. Just had there new Scorpion Burger. I will come back soon for another burger.

Stopped for lunch, 1/3, only had 1server working. Olivia was absolutely killin it all over the place. She had 2managers helping her and she was running circles around them, and they were doing a great job also.Olivia's perky attitude, happy voice and attentiveness were beyond belief. Great job, great experience and I will definitely be back!

My son absolutely loves to eat here because staff is always friendly (one tried helping us find something in their kids menu item search on the back of the menu) and the food is great. He even cried when I kept telling him I wanted to go elsewhere once. Definitely a fave for my 4 year old.

The food is always good here. On this particular night it was taking longer than normal to get our order. The manager ended up walking up to our table apologizing for how long it took, explaining exactly what the issue had been and comped our meal. I really would not quite have expected that. And we actually were not very upset that our food was taking very long that night . I was very impressed though how the manager handled it and that they gave us our dinner for free. As I stated in the beginning, the food here is always fantastic. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this particular Red Robin. Definitely worth dining here.

I love the food here but received terrible customer service. I ordered online delivery off their website and after ordering I noticed it didn't give me the option to enter my apartment number. I called the restaurant to see if they could at it to my receipt for the driver to deliver to the correct apartment. The girl told me she couldn't do anything about the address being incorrect in the system and told me to call corporate. I said I don't need anything fixed I just need to add the apartment number to the receipt so that the driver could deliver to the correct apartment. She cut me off and put me on hold like 3 times just to tell me she couldn't do anything and to call corporate. Seeing as how she didn't want to help in any way I told her to just cancel my order. This is upsetting because I literally live around the corner and would have picked up the food myself however I have covid there for I didn't want to risk the health of others not to mention how exhausted and sick I feel. This would have been a simple fix.

Spent half an hour driving there from the airport to find out that the grill was down and somehow the restaurant was still operating. What's the point of going to Red Robins if you can't get a hamburger? Should have just listed the restaurant as closed on Google maps. It doesn't help that the second location near by that was half an hour away was horrible too. Never going to Red Robins in Nebraska again.
