Felt extremely rushed I ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and before I could tell the lady I wanted steak she had already put chicken on it. I told her no I want steak please amd so she had to start over. Now this next part may be my fault as I thought withthe quesadilla they would ask me what I wanted just like they do burrito so I could say I did t want Pico and do add some salsa and whatnot to it. I was given no chance, she moved straight from. The steak to the Pico before I could say a word. At this point I was just annoyed and blew it off and just decided I would pick off the tomatoes when I got home. I will add a young lady did notice me frustrated a bit and asked if we could remake my quesadilla for the 3rd time but I was not ready to wait while my families food sat. So I said no amd took it home.To top off this experience I got everything home and found a hair in my first bite. Now I'm eating pie for dinner. I most likely will not be revisiting your establishment, at least anytime soon but I figured you should know that your guests feel rushed and unheard and from previous reviews im reading here I havnt been the first.
Got our food and attempted to get a drink. Got to the drink machine and less than halfway through filling up my drink the machine runs out. Ask the manager if they could add syrup to the machine or give me a drink from the cooler. He attempted to fix the machine but then the machine wouldn't calibrate. He then proceeds to add an out of order sign to the machine and does nothing about my drink that I paid for and didn't get. The food quality today was mediocre at best and then to have no drink on top of it, we won't be back.
This location was absolutely killing it the night I went. Portions were generous and the team was working well together to get orders out quickly for in store and online orders. Also has an outside seating area facing the sunset. I will be back!
Horrible service. Was rushed and there was only one other customer behind. Me one worker said "lettuce, cheese and sour cream" and before I could respond just put everything on my bowl, Then proceeded to tell me i said "yes". She was wrong. Then i ask for a water cup to the lady ringing me up and she said they were out of water cups so i had to buy a drink. This location has giving me a horrible experience and I won't be back!
Good food and has always been quick. Usually polite staff. Quantity can vary a bit based on who is serving. Not drastic though.
Went in there for lunch and the Hispanic lady was eating food while standing right over the food bar, i’m appalled! Would not go back to this location
Love this place, always clean and they have good customer service.
My family and I like to eat here for the most part. The street tacos are tasty but they are very stingy with the cheese they put on them- even if you ask for extra cheese. My children like to get the chicken quesadillas but they find that the chicken is burnt most of the time so they have stopped ordering them. The queso cheese dip is tasty but the chips are too thick and not salted. They could definitely stand to make some improvements.
They have changed the floor plan, with a better way to approach the counter. Gets you thru faster. The food is fresh and delicious!
I made my order online, and had it delivered. My food was cold, and my burrito looked like a 3 year old wrapped it and had a HUGE hole in the side of it. Not at all what I expected, I've eaten here 100X and have always been happy until today!
