I joined the Unlimited Sips club, and this is my home Panera. I love the new location, definitely more bright and clean than the last. And even though it's a smaller bay, it being more open makes it feel less crowded than the old location if that makes sense.I had to give it the 4/5, however, because unfortunately a few times the coffees, (regular) lemonade, or half-n-half has been empty. That being said, I'd still recommend this spot to study with a charge lemonade, chat over lunch, read by the fire with some tea, or just enjoy some good coffee and an amazing bagel.
If only I would’ve read the reviews I would’ve saved myself a lot of time and frustration. “Rapid Pickup” is a complete joke. I left after 40 minutes of waiting and I was still charged but never received my food. It was one meal! They weren’t even busy. The manager didn’t even apologize just said 15 minutes after my quoted time (40 min after ordering) that it wasn’t ready yet. Don’t bother calling them either, no one answers their phone. I will never give them my business again.
When I visit a relative I always walk to Panera. Maybe 90% of the time I don’t receive a drink cup with my order when I place a order on the app and pick it up at the rapid pick up shelf. I have to ask for one. I went to the Restaurant once and ordered at the cash register and I asked for no sauce on the sandwich. They put the sauce on the sandwich. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I relative paid for the lunch, but it’s just not organized there.
I've given this location 3 tries and they have succeeded in striking out so I will never return.Every single order I have gotten was missing something. Every.Single.Time. My last order about $50 had no sides with any of the Meals I purchased. And all they did was refund me $5. Congratulations Panera you made it to the list of places that will never get my business again.
Food was average and wait time ok. The new Papillion location is poorly constructed, I would avoid indoor seating if busy, no longer a place for a relaxing breakfast or intimate conversation. It is sooo loud and the noise echos.
Nice and new, but not as many tables and they are all placed very close together.
We stopped by to eat after playing outdoor. The food was delicious - the French bread was crusty and soft; the salad was crisp and crunchy, the soup was piping hot and flavorful. Update: as we were getting ready to leave, we were offered free cookies - what a nice gesture!
Tonight I enjoyed some chicken noodle soup with a green tea. Everything was fresh and hearty. The staff was kind and worked fast. The facility is new and clean. They now have a drive through which is perfect for the quick grab and go.
I'm not sure what's going on with this location. This is the second time this month I've placed an order for pick up. I've shown up and checked in roughly 5 minutes before my scheduled time, and my order hasn't been brought out until it's 10 - 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Both times, I was the only vehicle in the curbside stalls, and there's been less than 5 customers dining in.
I Love just about everything on the menu but you definitely have to be prepared to spend at least fifteen dollars per person to eat a meal here. I like the convenience of this new location having a drive-through but so far both times I've used it, I've had to park and wait 10-15 minutes for my food which can be a bit frustrating.
