Our son & daughter-in-love gave me a gift certificate for Ollie & Hobbs for my birthday. This was first time we've ever eaten here. The food was fabulous & such a comfortable & modern vibe to the restaurant. The waitress was a little 'too helpful' by coming by too often asking if we needed anything. Even after paying our bill, she kept coming by our table asking if we needed refills of water every 5 minutes. The manager should teach the waiters to be helpful but not a pest! But we loved this place & will definitely be back!!!
We walked in and we were pleased with the atmosphere. We sat at the bar rail. We were one of two couples on the rail. The bartender was not very attentive. She was busy talking to another server. I understand they were cleaning up but she never really made sure that we were okay or needed anything the whole time we were there after taking the initial order. The food however was great but a little overpriced. Not really sure it's worth revisiting at this point
We came here on a whim for Easter. They have happy hour all day on Sundays. We got a MOUNTAIN of truffle fries on the happy hour menu as well as some onion rings, shrimp Alfredo, grilled chicken risotto, and strawberry shortcake. We were obsessed with every bite. Just entirely high quality food all around and we got out for under $70 for 3 adults with alcohol. The mules are very gingery and the biscuits on the strawberry shortcake are very dense if either of those things matter for your preferences. But make sure you order something with either the French Onion or Garlic aiolis. We literally asked if they sold those in the bottle(they are working on making that happen!). And our server, Blake, was awesome too.
My wife and I went last night to enjoy a nice dinner out. I'll start with the good. atmosphere and service was very good and friendly. We were seated right away and drinks came fast. both of us ordered the surf and turf ( sirloin and shrimp). When food came (rather quickly) the steak was at best a 4oz but closer to a 3oz. We ordered it medium rare both came out medium. I understand cooking that small of a piece of meat makes it easier to over cook slightly. The shrimp we got
Placed a take-out order for their Adult Mac and Cheese with their Meatball appetizer. The guy on the phone was really friendly and even warned me that the Adult Mac and Cheese had peas in it so I had the opportunity to request it without.The meatballs were amazing; three bites minimum to finish one and the cheese on top was great.The Adult Mac and Cheese was another thing; the first bite was great but after stirring it up you could taste some strange seasoning they are putting in it which was not good in my opinion. I think the bland taste of peas is supposed to counteract this and won't discredit them since I suppose some people might like this seasoning.From my brief time inside the atmosphere seemed pretty cool.Overall the meatballs won me over andWill try again 7/10

Really good Chicken sandwich make sure you ask for there coleslaw on it! The raspberry Mule was amazing! Kids meal chicken strips n fries priced very well and included a kids drink and adorable decorate your own cookie for dessert! French fries were over seasoned but homemade! Main reason for the 4 star is where is there corn in the corn fritters!! We live in Nebraska there’s no excuse

Ollie and Hobbs is a Papillion gem, and as with our previous dinner visits, this one did not disappoint. We are huge fans of the chicken fried chicken dinner, paired with tomato bisque soup. I appreciate their friendly wait staff; food prepared and delivered piping hot, and Monday-Friday happy hour specials that are also available on Sunday. This is our local favorite, made all the better by delicious Cocktails.
I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Josh and the team last night. I had been to Ollie & Hobbes for lunch meetings for work in the past but I brought my family in for dinner for their first time last night. Josh was our server and was very helpful with our selections and our weird requests and checked on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our time. The food and drinks were amazing and we are so glad we stopped in. Thank you for a great dinner!
