I am not sure what everyone else is complaining about since this is literally just a fast food place that is trying to function while being short staffed and while we are still in a pandemic. They are always so friendly, and I've never had any issues with my orders. I'm chill if those people complaining about next to nothing never coming back. Just means i won't have to wait for them to hold up the line cause they wanna make a big deal out of a 2$ hamburger.
I frequent this McDonald’s often for a morning iced coffee and always have such a good experience that I felt I should leave them a positive review. Granted, an iced coffee isn’t too hard to mess up, but I do have a couple of modifications that I request.What I like about this McDonald’s is that they are always fast and efficient in the mornings, but most importantly, all of their drive thru employees are friendly. A smile in the morning before I’ve had my coffee to get me going really does go a long way!
Every time we go here they mess up our order. I get my kids the same meals to avoid meltdowns say dinner and without fail we come home and one of them is wrong. I guess I should've checked their meals. Instead of a 6 piece nugget they gave us a plain burger. And we asked for apple slices and didn't get them.Calling and complaining won't even make a difference, they don't care that they messed it up. We'll find a different location.
I went to McDonald's today to pick up lunch for the family. The facility was extremely busy inside the restaurant and through the drive-thru so I chose to do a quick online order and do curbside pickup. The food was fantastic everything was fresh and made to order as we specified. The team member that assisted me was very kind and patient. Overall everything was great. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the app seems to be a little bit more difficult to order food and to get the at working properly. Other than that everything else was fantastic. Well I got to add to that the wait time was very minimal. I thought I was going to have to wait an extensive amount of time due to how busy the restaurant was. The staff definitely gets five stars for quick fast service
Had to ask for a spoon for the Oatmeal that was supposed to have fruit with it. There was no fruit and half cup of oats floating in water. Not exactly good customer service either
When you order a double quarter pounder with cheese and you only have one meat patty.then the phone number on your receipt is a fax number.these McDonald's employees scream about more money but they can't even get a burger correct.
When you going to be open 24 hours??. It sucks not be able to grab food at 3am during my lunch break at work.
I order my food without the bun.. Usually when I go to McDonald's they put on a breakfast platter not a box as this location had. Why put the cheese on the bottom of the hot patties though knowing it will kinda melt. I scrapped as I lifted to try to save some for burger.
Our family was in your restaurant tonight around 7:00 PM. Very disappointed in the service, 1st of all, not sure what role he has ( maybe a crew leader) but he was yelling at the top of his lungs, nothing bad, just what he was doing. (Like I'll be right back and I'm taking this order out.) hard to enjoy your meal. 2nd we wanted our meal upsized and didn't get it.
I can't believe I'm writing writing review on McDonald's...so popular and get what you pay for.However, this location on 84th and HWY 370 is phenomenal.I have gone 3 times this month (shame I know) but seriously each time I went , it has been the nicest people ever! And they actually put the meal together nicely, without smooshing the food. They take the time to make the Frappuccino look and taste good.From the cashier to the gal handing me the food- a nice experience. I don't know what you are doing here but share your secrets with the rest of your company...and all fast food places.
