Placed my order at 4:15. It is now 5:46 and still waiting. Once my food gets here I will be calling the store for a full refund. Out for delivery text at 5:27. I live across the street. Who owns a delivery service with 1 driver? Bad business. Not getting my money again.
Did an online order and after waiting for an hour I called in & was told there is only 1 driver and it would be at least 1 1/2 hour wait. Not acceptable!!
Was fast and friendly as usual. However they are pretty skimpy on the guacamole.
We live just down the street, so I always try to come to this Jimmy John's if we need a quick meal. It's supposed to be freaky fast. That's their whole motto. And yet every single time we come to this Jimmy John's they are incredibly slow. Today I've waited 28 minutes if you count the time waiting to even order behind only one car, and then waiting behind that same car to get to the window, and then not even being greeted at the window. There are four cars behind me in line. Jimmy John's corporate, please fix this problem! This Jimmy John's location is slow every single time! It is absolutely unacceptable, and completely contrary to your whole business model. I only ordered two sandwiches, no sides, no drink. No special changes to the sandwich, no special order. It should not be this hard!
Delivery is always fast but they have forgotten my drink and extra condiments multiple time.
Ordered my food at 1:02pm, took them 20 minutes to even put it out for delivery and it’s now been 50 minutes since it was placed as “out for delivery”. Called the store and was just told they are understaffed and took multiple orders at once and unsure of when it will arrive. Which I understand and I feel bad for even leaving this review, but I literally live within 5 blocks of the store. If I was able to go get it myself I would, but I can’t. Its just ridiculous that It’s been over an hour now since I ordered and still haven’t received my order and like I said it takes 5 minutes to get to me.
Should really ask if people want Mayo or not. Definitely ruined my sandwich
I’ve been waiting for my food for an hour now. I called after 30 minutes of waiting and she said they were on the way. I’m still waiting. The girl was very apologetic and nice but this wait is ridiculous.
Great place as always. When Jimmy John's say freaky fast they mean it. Ordered a catering box of 30 and they had it ready in under a half hour. Time to up you game subway they are coming for you.
