We came in around 7pm on a Saturday with a group of 10 people they sat us then the server asked us what we wanted for drinks, then he asked what we wanted to eat and when I asked for a medium rare steak he laughed at me, then we needed refills and we told him what we wanted and he said are you sure. Then when we were done he asked us what we had so he could get each of us our tabs and I told him I had 3 margaritas and he said wow.
My wife loves the peanuts. She's picky. She enjoyed the pizza and on a separate visit, the chicken tenders. Tenders real chicken not pressed chicken like nuggets seem mostly to be. I had the special .40 cent wings on Monday! Wednesday. 99 cent tacos. Keno available. Place was jammin!
I understand being understaffed but their level.of rude is ridiculous. Our server only came to our table 3 times... once for drinks, once for food and one to give us our ticket. I went to the bar to ask for something and the woman rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Then proceeded to glare and roll her eyes at me. Our waiter was only worried about the people that were drinking. There was another table with kids next to us and he ignored them also. The table behind us asked for ranch and the waiter kept bringing out beers and alcohol for all the other tables and I still don't think they ever got what they asked for. Like I said I get they are short staffed but the waiter was irritated from the get go, never smiled and everyone working was down right rude. Will never go back!!!
Seems like every time we go the service just sucks!! Takes forever to get seated & once your seated takes forever to get waited on. I given Jerzes many chances… I would suggest looking for a different place if your want bar food & good drinks.
Best place to drink and enjoy ice cold BUSCH light. Their smoking bar is my go-to place and the bartenders are always great; attentive and provide exceptional service. I am a 5-6 times a week regular due to their amazing specials. Friday/saturday vegas bomb/NY strip special has to be the best 1-2 punch in the metro area.
This place is great. Free peanuts and I really enjoyed my prime ribs and bake potatoes. They have great specials for every day of the week and I am definitely going back to try some of those. The atmosphere was super nice . Social distancing was ok but not that much . It’s a pretty good place to sit and chat with friends . Super friendly staff and bar. Keno lovers will live it for sure
Monday night wings here are better than any other big chain restaurant I've tried. (Wingstop, BWW, etc) they've got more chicken on both the traditional and Boneless. Great sauce options, could maybe use more options. Tasty wings overall
First time at jerzes. Prime rib was horrible. Filled with grizzle. Could not cut through the meat. Loaded baked potatoes was cold. Ceaser salad had wilted lettuce. Heineken was spot on. Visit with friend priceless. Normally would of returned and complained but did not want to put a damper on my night with my friend. 1 Of the worst meals I have ever had at a restaurant.
DISCRIMINATION.. Destiny is unprofessional and two face, she's the manager. Don Belino told the store to stop hiring ugly woman or fat girls... They demoted a pregnant woman because she was pregnant, was sick for 2 weeks with covid-19. The pregnant woman came back to work only to be demoted for her sick absence and pregnancy is what was said. The prego woman was behind on rent and always did her work well doing 60 hour weeks. So she felt under appreciated and starting looking for new work after she took a $13 an hour payout. The manager told the prego woman that if she's looking for another job not to show up for work at Jerseys.
Service was lacking. My wife never got a refill on her drink, only saw the server maybe two or three times (with the exception being food and drink delivery), and it's not like they were busy during lunch. There were maybe 4 other tables in our section.Food was okay. The burger was pretty basic. It's definitely better than any fast food place, but seemed frozen, not fresh.Probably won't be back unless we're meeting someone that wants to go there.
