Very expensive. Not great service- the lady wouldn’t even go to the back to get more ketchup for us, the food is not very good for the amount of money. We spent almost $80 for 4 people and were very disappointed with the service. You can tell the employees don’t like there job.
I really like Five Guys actually for their hot dogs and not so much their burgers; the Bacon Cheddar Dog in particular.The taste is still there but paying $7.50+ for a single hot dog that isn't going to fill you up is unacceptable to me. Two hot dogs after tax came out over $16
Got BLT and regular fries stale bun stale fries hardly any bacon more like bacon crumbles. I got it on my lunch break and for $13 I had to eat it cuz I didn't have time to go back see you as how that's what I making hour. Totally disappointing and frustrating that they charged that for such poor quality food.They've gone downhill
My wife and I went there for lunch two days ago. The guy at the counter taking our order was slouched over the counter like he was taking a nap. He wasn’t very friendly or professional. We ordered our food and went and sat down at a table. It wasn’t long before we noticed a terrible smell coming from the trash cans by the restrooms. We got up and moved to a different table so we didn’t have to smell the trash while we were trying to eat. We tried to have a conversation but the music was so loud we could not. I actually had to go outside to take a phone call because of the loud music. The floors were filthy with food and trash all over them. One of the employees was spraying down tables with a bottle of bleach that was so strong the smell was overpowering. I commented to him about but he just ignored me. When we got our food they had put the burgers at the bottom of the bag and just dumped fries on top of them to where they were overflowing from the bag. We had to actually ask for plates so we could dump out the fries to get to our burgers. This was not a to go order btw. This was without a doubt, the worst experience that I have ever had in a restaurant. I will NEVER go back again!
Place is always a mess. Food always takes a long time to get to you. 5 people working at a time with no other customers, yet your order takes 15-30 mins to make. To-go order bags are super greasy and oily. Staff doesn't have a clue what customer service is. Not sure how this sub-par place is still in business.I would give this Five Guys a 0/5 if I could, stay away until the place gets a total overhaul. I've been to plenty of Five Guys that were good or great experiences.
Place was very dirty. High schoolers were sitting on top of the countertop(which is very gross) facing away from any customers that came into the store. A kid was shoving a girl around all the cooktops and fyers. Lots of yelling. This one guy came over and apologized but you can tell he wasn't a manager. Could tell he was upset.
Good burgers and hot dogs but the fries are the best, especially the cajun fries!
When I placed my order and got my food, the burger was raw inside… no just pink but raw… took it back up to the counter. They made me a new burger but it wasn’t the burger that I ordered. I didn’t dare start over a 3rd time. I will likely not be back. 1st time for me was likely the last as well.
Five guys is always good. Nothing else needs to be said.
One of our favorite places to go as a family. Love the cheeseburgers with grilled onions and they give you so many fries!
