The staff is awesome, the food is over-the-top delicious, and the atmosphere is fun. I already have plans to go back with friends next weekend!
We went to the Papillion location for Father's day. Needless to say, it was a TAD bit busy. In any case, the staff was up against it, and handled themselves remarkably well considering what they were up against. In any case, the food was excellent, the wait staff was attentive.. even to guys like me that wanted drink refills every 10 minutes. They even had an issue with the air conditioning where the excessive amount of people and the doors constantly opening and closing caused condensation to start dripping out of the side of the vent that was over our table. Once again, it was handled with aplomb and humor. These folks are great!
This location is my favorite so far! The food is always excellent and so delicious. Service is great as well. Very beautifully decorated.
We dine here regularly. They always have fresh and delicious items. The staff is very friendly. The service is quick and efficient. A great place for casual dining.
If we could give it more stars we would. Jose is a great host who obviously loves his job. We enjoyed a very relaxing breakfast. Better than eating with family. lol

Thank you, First Watch! We hosted a birthday brunch here for a friend of mine, and the staff were so accommodating! The food was excellent, and everyone had a wonderful time. For some of us, this was our first major outing since the pandemic began, so it meant a lot for it to go this well.One of the staff members sang "Happy Birthday" as well, and it was the best rendition I've ever heard (seriously - talent scouts need to check him out). Thank you so much!

(about two or three spoonfuls)
Positives: clean with a nice bright airy atmosphere; friendly attentive server; quick service; reasonably priced; tasty food. We ordered a roastbeef & havarti sandwich, 'farmhouse hash', & Italian-style hash. My sandwich was great. Good place to eat if you are into breakfast or brunch-type of meals. Not many choices for lunch, though. Negatives: salad was just a pile of greens with an unappealing dressing. The seating host was very sullen. Granted that was only one individual, but first impressions are everything, especially when it's a first visit, as it was mine. So they need better customer service training or more selective hiring practices.
This is hands down one of my very favorite places to order breakfast. I’m obsessed with the elevated egg sandwich. And the mimosas!
