quite often out of whatever type of donut you could possibly want at any point in the morning/throughout the day. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
This restaurant is really inconsistent... sometimes there great but half the time my food is cold or burn... today my son got a cold sandwich that had half a bun on top? Last time I got stuffed bagels and the middle was frozen.. please tell the staff if it takes an extra minute to make our food the right way we won't be mad about the wait :)
A little disappointed with this location. I used to have excellent and fast service always. Now every single time I go they do not have 1 or all of the items/ingredients I ask for. And it’s simple stuff like a plain bagel or chai flavoring for a chai tea. They usually only have a couple of donut options and I’m told always oh the truck never came or it didn’t get ordered. Idk what is happening or if there’s new management but it’s gone way downhill. I tried to go there at 5am the other day and nobody was even in the building. Tried to call a bit after 5 a different day to see if they have changed their hours and the phone is shut off. All around not great. Just go to Casey’s across the street for a quick breakfast and drink it’ll be faster and they will have what you want.
Always out of things and there is always trash scattered out front and in the back when you use the drive thru. Not a very clean place inside and out. The quality of the food and coffee has gone very downhill. Donuts are never fresh, muffins are over cooked and the coffee tastes burnt all the time. You can tell the staff really doesn't care anymore. This place use to be good. I have given up on this place and have been going to scooters instead.
Used to be a great location. Workers were extremely rude. Acted like they were to good to be doing their jobs. Came here to get coffee and a donut. They didn't have the milk I needed for my coffee 3 days in a row. Asked for juice for my kids and they said they didn't have any. Not a good look for Dunkin Donuts.
This was probably the 2nd or 3rd time I've ever been to a Dunkin Donuts and it's always been insanely disappointing. I don't think it's just this location - more just in general BUT the baristas do not seem properly trained and the drinks are always so inconsistent. Which is unfortunate :(
3 weeks in a row. No sprinkle donuts or any specialty to choose from. Casey's across the street plenty. Stop with the other breakfast stuff and go back to your roots..DONUTS! Lost 4 life. Too many other choices. To big to care about customers. You should never run out, should be throwing away after the day.
I have had bad luck with this store on multiple occasions! Today I ordered an egg and cheese English muffin, double chocolate donut and a small pumpkin spice latte. I received a bag with a stale double chocolate donut, a bag with two chocolate frosted donuts and a small vanilla latte! I keep giving them a chance but they’ve failed me. I recommend the DD on 107th/Q!!
Went through the drive thru ordered a vanilla bean colada the bill was $4.10 i gave them $10.00 and they gave me $5.15 back so I asked them about the incorrect change and the person just looked at me like what am I supposed to do now so I gave her the. 15 cents and said have a nice day
Sorry but I have to give up on this place. The staff just don’t seem to care anymore. My wife enjoys it and brings me here and I’ve yet to be impressed lately. Don’t get me wrong…. When they first opened they were 5 stars all the way. They somehow just started loosing it around 2019. The dining room is always a mess. They incorrectly made my coffee order countless of times. The doughnuts just do not seem fresh. We were told they come frozen. Then thawed, then customized there on location. Not sure why she told us that, buts what ruined it for me. Sorry, I wish I oils say better things about it. They are just really in a bad place for me.
