If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible and very un professional! We ordered 3 pizza's 2 were correct. 1 was wrong. Called, new pizza delivered. Wrong pizza sent AGAIN. Called yet again. Verified again what pizza was missing. Gentleman said ok 30 min. An hour and a half later my friend called and Ronnie said too bad not sending oneSo I cleaned ask for the manager, Ronnie said she was. I ask for an explanation. She was extremely rude and repeated she was not sending the pizza. She will give us a free pizza another day but not today. A few people had not gotten to eat yet. I ask why we were not even notified they were not coming after an hour and a half! She was once again rude and flippant. DONE WITH DOMINO'S!!! Rude, unprofessional, zero customer satisfaction. All we wanted was what we ordered!
Apparently they close at 11pm, not midnight.I placed an order for delivery via the app, and it was immediately canceled. I called to see why, and Izzy told me that their driver is already out and needs time to come back. Fair enough, so I asked if they could make the order and I'd come pick it up, and she told me their oven is off. I asked how that's supposed to work, like if I can't get a pizza then how are they open, and she told me I can file a complaint if I'd like.
Order a pizza quarter til midnight said order was canceled after they took my money and said it would be credited back to me within 3 to 5 business days I said why did you cancel it she said it’s 10 minutes till close I asked to speak to the manager and she informed me that she was the manager her name is Izzy also said that the prompt on the screen said it would be filled as long as it was placed before the store closed
Delivery was incomplete. Called the store to let them know she seemed nice but hung up on me. I assumed they were making the sandwich and delivering it. Waited what seemed like forever and then called back. She said she was waiting for me to call back to confirm the delivery address because she didn’t have my number. It was on my original order. After confirming the delivery address she hung up on me again. Still waiting on that sandwich two hours later ?

2nd time in a month I received subpar pasta primavera. First time they forgot the spinach and alfredo sauce so pasta was dry. This time I recieved a spoonful of alfredo sauce in one corner while the rest of the seemed like half order of pasta (barely covered the outer edges of the dish and empty in the middle) that was dry and burnt on some edges. Very disappointed with the quality control at this store.
Dominoes earned a 1 only because -3 isn't available. It appeared that the dough for cheese crust pizza was used for my non-cheese crust pizza. The taste was dreadfully unpizzalike. How does a pizza place produce a nasty puzza? I don't know if they reused every ingredient or not but my pizza was awful. My pizza had about 1 and 1/2 inch of crustall the way around. I wouldn't say that's particularly desirable. I have an idea: stop cooking pizza and only sell wings.

I ask for cheese bread not STUFFED cheese break. Thanks for ruining my night. I absolutely can not have spicy. Never getting my business again.
