Drove across town to the only dq with the Orange Julius and the machine was broken
Dairy queen was very busy tonight which was expected due to the best weather. But all the employees were nice and quick. They did give us the incorrect blizzard but was quick to fix the error. The blizzards were made and delicious. No seating inside. But plenty outside. Family style picnic tables and smaller more personal tables. Parking is good
The employees of this location went above and beyond for my sons ice cream birthday cake. ? Great customer service, thrilled with how everything turned out. Thank you for taking good care of your customers!
It's a well run local franchise with a wonderful dog-friendly policy. The franchise owner will often be on-site and walk around chatting with customers. The staff (mostly high school students) have been well trained and are attentive and friendly. It's good for a nice little snack that won't break the bank. The only downside is that it's Dairy Queen, it's a bummer they don't have real hard ice cream and a full non fast food menu. The franchise owners are doing everything right and could do well diversifying. (Hint, hint - Papillion needs a sit-down restaurant).
Wowww one of my favorite places to go eat ice cream with my family. Delicious ?
This is a fun old tyme walk up experience. They were really fast even though there was a solid line up of people. The order was correct and well made.
Was ok but I wonder why the lobby isn't open like other DQs around the area.
S.washington DQ was excellent..DQ in Ralston was terrible..will never visit Ralston DQ ever again.
Friendly service.. but hardly any menu items for actual food. Hotdogs, Burger and weird chicken nuggets. So I got a hotdog and my bun was stale
A national soft serve ice cream chain franchise location in the heart of downtown Papillion ready to meet your needs 12 months a year. Orders may now occur from inside the very small store or at a popular takeout window.
