We had a delicious meal ( wings and pizza) with the manager Heather, who came by more than once and asked us how our meal was and the how service was and if she could do anything for us! It made us feel that Copps cares about their customer and we will be recommending Copps to others! Becky
Meh. Sauce is a tad too salty and crust is a tad too thick. It's just okay for me.
We went in for lunch to celebrate my disabled aunt’s 70th birthday. The only table that would accommodate our needs was not yet cleared. I spoke to Veronica and she bussed the table immediately. After we were seated we asked for menus to look at at the table so my aunt could look at it and they didn’t have any. (It’s an order at the counter restaurant.) Veronica then came to the table with an iPad that she had taken photos of the menu with so my aunt could look. We ordered crab Rangoon pizza, Canadian bacon pizza and burnt end fries. They were delicious but the highlight of our trip was Veronica. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. Give that gal a raise!
Three friends and I went to eat at the Shadow Lake location and had the worst service I’ve probably ever had at a restaurant. We were seated right away since it was about 3pm on a Saturday. There were multiple wait staff hanging around the front counter and yet we didn’t see a server for what was likely about 10 minutes. None of the wait staff looked like they knew what was going on and no one seemed to be in charge. I had to go up to the host stand to ask if we had a server coming. Once we finally got our actual server, she was pleasant enough but appeared hungover. She would bring out pretty much one item at a time. Once we finally ordered, the food showed up quickly. Aside from my burger, which I don’t think she actually rang in when I ordered. Only my side showed up at first. The food was okay but definitely not worth going back for.
Fun little spot with good pizza and tasty crust. We went as a large family. Quickly seated, great help and service from servers, and great food. We had meat, and veggie pizzas. Both were well made and tasty. Their pretzel bites are delicious. I think they might flash fry them after they bake them. It adds this amazing little crunch and flavor. I highly recommend them!
We have always had a great experience with Copps Pizza. I actually find that they are one of the better Pizza selections in Papillon and Bellevue. I think their menu is super fun, their side dishes are great, and they feature local beer.
Definitely a solid lunch option. The salad and personal pizza deal is a good value and serves up a tasty pizza which features a great crust. Salad greens were tossed romaine which is a step up from boring iceberg. Definitely needed a little more sauce especially when the pizza was ordered as extra sauce and came a bit spartan.Friendly staff and lunch regulars make it a nice place for a relaxing, at your pace lunch.
This place has the best pizza hands down!! The long island ice teas are actually made correctly as well. The most enjoyable part of our visit was our waiter Andrew! He was friendly to and very efficient. His sense of humor and how he interacted with not only us but our grumpy six year old is what really made our visit and the reason we will be recommending and coming back to copps. Thank you Andrew!!
We had my sons 7th birthday at Copps in Papillion Thursday night. my son really just wanted the party upstairs. they accommodated this with no issues because another party was not there. we had the area to ourselves. the service was amazing, the food was so delicious and my sons night was made. Thanks Copps!
Angel, our server, was fast and pleasant. The house salad had cheese, pepperoni, onions, and croutons on freshly cut greens. Try the homemade ranch dressing with it! We had Buffalo chicken pizza. The chicken was grilled before it went on the pizza over cream cheese sauce with banana peppers. The top was drizzled with Buffalo sauce. It was super tasty!
