Amazing experience. I accidently ordered at the wrong location but when I showed up at the Papillon location the staff was so amazing. They just made my order & said they would handle working it out with the Bellevue location. I already liked the food but the staff made my day because I had a lot to do that day and they were so great without knowing everything already happening for me. Thank you!!
I ordered a quesadilla from here, they put the smallest amount of chicken and cheese and started wrapping it up. I asked if I could get any vegetables or anything else inside of it, they said no. I don’t think it would have been enough to fill up a 6 year old and it was still $9. Customer service was not good in the situation either. Do not recommend this location.
Way more expensive than it used to be. Especially if you let your kids go with your card. They will suggest adding, 2 kinds of meat, cheese sauce & guacamole,etc but don't say it cost extra so my son's $12 burrito bowl becomes almost $20. They add extra of the add on items but give less for just rice beans & meat. Plus chips & guacamole almost $50 for 2 people.I used to spend $15 for a burrito bowl,soda,chips & guacamole and have enough for 2 meals. I definitely did not expect to spend that much, when I could feed 3-4 people steak dinners for that price. I guess I'm just shocked
I have tried Chipotle and I've tried the competition. I keep coming back to Chipotle. Bolder n better flavors and the Guac, it's delicious! I was supposed to post pics but I couldn't wait n already ate my burrito bowl! Oh and everything tastes super fresh, so either they cook in small batches or pull items off after a certain time, but I'm always sure to get a fresh and flavorful meal here every time!Oh....and did I mention the Guac, yes it's that good!
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Thry gave my fiancé and I food poisoning!! I dont know what they did to our food since I ordered from door dash but I promise you I will never order here again
I ordered from this chipotle and called them to cancel my order since I no longer needed it. I called about 3 different times, first time didn’t reach, second time they answered & hung up, third time they hung up again. I’m highly dissatisfied with this chipotle and I won’t be coming to this location again. Do better and gain some customer service.
I love Chipotle, i can eat it everyday but this last time (tonight) my order was cold, like they had ice in it that how cold it tasted and i picked it up on time. A big disappointment and couldn't even finish the meal.
Love Chipotle, but my last order didn't taste as fresh as I'm used to (chicken). This Chipotle gives good portion sizes.
Our kids meal was bad! The quesadilla had pretty much nothing in it and was way overcooked it was hard! My chicken tacos were cold and very scarce on the chicken!!!
Tables weren't the cleanest, so seating was fairly limited. Food was good, though. Service was slow to start, but got better as we got through the line.
