Walked into the Papillion B-Dubs, and we were seated promptly and then we waited for 15 minutes and no one came to our table to wait on us. During this wait time, there were only patrons seated at 3 tables and the B-Dubs staff which were many personnel were just standing around talking and doing nothing. It will be a long time before we ever return.
We were looking for somewhere to eat out for my son's birthday, well we ended up deciding to go with Buffalo Wild Wings since they had the least amount of cars in their parking lot during peak supper time. (which should of been a red flag from the start) We came with a party of 5 people which isn't a unusual amount of people to have out for food. We were waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes. Which come to find out they had a sign posted to seat yourself that another party was standing in front of blocking it. After we finally sat ourselves at a table that didn't appear to be cleaned very well. I asked the waitress to clean the table and seats and she tried to tell me she had just cleaned it. Well it looked dirty still so please clean it again was my response. After that she tells us to scan a QR code on the table with our phones to get the menu. I asked if that was the only way to order because we had some older people that are not tech literate in our group. Which was met with resistance from the staff to even bother giving us physical menus. I simply stated that not everyone has a phone to do this or knows how to do it.It ended up taking at least 10 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come start with our drink order. They proceeded to serve 2 other smaller groups that were seated well after us before bothering to ask us what we wanted to drink. Once we placed our order for drinks we waited somewhere between 10-20 minutes to bring our drinks. At this point I had to insist we order because they were going to bring us our drinks and leave us to wait even longer to order food. Our food took at least 20 minutes to arrive to the table after ordering, which is probably normal for a table of our size. Out of 5 different meals and an order of 30 chicken wings the only food that was even close to being served hot was the wings. Literally, everyone in our group had cold food or the food just tasted awful.I spent 130 dollars on our meal and did not leave them a dime for a time. Which may be frowned upon by other. Well, I am a firm believer in tipping well when it is deserved. I don't just tip because it is expected. So, to sum up the experience here at this sad excuse of restaurant I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemies.(Side note: They didn't have any actual silverware, they only had prepackaged plastic utensils that were only given to us because I asked for silverware.)
I hadn't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many years. I've never had a bad experience there, but this last time was especially nice. The food quality was very good and the service was excellent. My son got a burger with cheese curds as the side, and they gave him a very generous portion of curds, to the point where he couldn't finish his burger. As his dad, I am not plagued with such limits.
We ordered on Thursday evening and were told to get the Thursday BOGO deal we had to order over the phone. Online it states you can choose up to 8 of the ranch, bleu cheese, celery, carrots and they continued to tell me I could only have 4. We received two ranch containers with them each barely being half filled. It is very difficult to enjoy wings when you don't have enough to dip them into. We also ordered the ultimate nachos and received them with no meat and barely any toppings on them. It was as if we were basically eating overpriced chips. Not impressed and will not be returning in the near future.
Just walked out after sitting in the bar section unacknowledged for 25 minutes. No manager was visible at all but the one server in the bar area refused to be flagged down as he was focused on flirting with the table of teen girls and chatting with his friends at another. Event was between 12:15-12:45 5/24/2022; bar area service flirt had curly hair and a bunch of high school friends apparently out of school dining in that were more interested in business customers.Absolutely atrocious service. Working folks have typically an hour or a little more for lunch. Do yourself a favor and walk to the Red Robin next door instead. We were seated immediately, orders taken immediately, drinks within a minute and our sandwiches within five. We were checked on constantly for anything else we'd like - more fries, drink refills, etc. First class.BWW, you failed at your one job. Restaurants gotta stop blaming the economy, supply chain, Brandon, high wage expectations, etc. If Red Robin can rock it, so can you.
Was my favorite place to eat for a long time, but to say it has gone down hill is and understatement. Has been bad for a while, but have just looked the other way thinking maybe it was just an off day. Though when every time is bad it’s time to just not go again. Today was the final straw. Took forever to get our drinks, the beers were not even close to being full(get it times tough gotta short here and there). Ordered 4 meals and 3 of them came out wrong. Only sent one meal back as it has extra sour cream instead of the requested no sour cream. When it came back out it was made wrong again. Our ketchup was out to went to grab some off and empty table and empty also. Checked a few more and also empty Never got asked if we wanted refills just sat there with empty drinks.
Ordered online through the app twice this week because I was craving their mango habanero chicken tenders. The first time the food was okay but they handed my order out to the wrong person and had to remake it, no biggie, but then I got home and they forgot my ranch I paid for. Went back to get it and when I got home there were huge tomatoes on my salad which I requested off. I was hungry at that point and picked them off. Second time I ordered basically the same thing and they forgot all my sauces, mango habanero and ranch, and had to wait forever before someone even noticed me. I normally don't complain or post reviews but this was ridiculous, twice in a couple days, c'mon.
For the prices, you would think they’d be more generous with the sauce. Not pleased.
only thing good about this place is the sauce...too bad they skimp out covering the "wings" in them
So loved the Honey BBQ traditional wings they were amazing! And tho I couldn't handle them well the original traditional buffalo style wings were good as well. However the fries are not good and the burger was eh I give 3 out of 5 because I love chicken wings however I thought about less, simply put aside from the fries the packaging was horrible! The sauce leaked through the packaging and the wings were in cardboard boxes like the kind burgers are in and not only was it soggy but it leaked sauce all over! I ordered from grubhub so I was expecting a little sloppy but not this level also food was cold.
