Cashier was a nice guy! Seriously have had better soup in prison. Spicy chicken broccoli should be called mushroom broccoli. I feel sick from eating it and even sicker from what we paid for that dish water. Do not come here! Go buy you some ramen noodles and save $30
I was introduced to this fan favorite in February and I was taken with it. Have tried a few of their sandwiches and two soups and have enjoyed them. Service may be a bit slow, but they do bring it out to you and as their sign says" be kind to those , who have shown up"The staff is friendly and they explain the menu, if you have any questions.Call ahead , if you don't want the wait, I have.
I really like the soup and food but they’ve been “under-staffed” for 6 months and you can’t seem to get in and out of there in less than an hour these days. I seem to go there on my lunch breaks so always wind up across the street at Picklemans. Please pay more so you can get staff
Amazing salads! Food explosion! Souper place to eat! Absolutely delicious! Customer service is excellent. They work as a team! Awesome experience! First time of many more to come whenever I'm in Omaha! Thank you all so much for such a great food experience! Keep up the great customer service. What a marvelous experience !

Very disappointing....sat outside at a baseball game for 3 hours, freezing....showed up to Zoup at 730pm thinking this will be the best place to have some good, warm food. Nope! Turns out they had no soup! ZERO! They claim they have 10 soups at all times, not today! My guess is the staff wanted out early and put it all away. They had my business, not anymore.
It was the worst chicken noodle soup I have ever had. Tasteless. Overpriced. Won't be returning.
The food is great! However the service is not so great. Super slow. Today we went for lunch and we’re told that they have a catering order and would not be able to wait on us for at least 20 minutes. If that was the case then they should of just closed instead of turning customers away.
Got there at the last minute, treated like I was the first customer of the day! Great chicken soup!
First time i tryed and it was in the evening... The girls who helped me were so nice! Awesome customer service! I went again during the day and the day crew wasnt all that great! Food was good so i guess that what matters lol. Went again today same crew id give theme a 3 my salad barley full and just the service sucked!
